I decided to purchase this balance board after completing recent knee physical therapy where they had used a similar board for conditioning muscles and ligaments around the knee which helped me a lot. Unlike the therapist office board, which was single-axis balance, this one is two-axis balance. It has a semi-sphere at the bottom rather than a semi-cylinder. I figured I was ready to move on to my next challenge.. but I wasn't :) This is rather challenging... which made it an instant hit with my kids! You really need to work hard to stay balanced on this one. After couple of months of use, including roughing from the kids, it has held well. Sturdy solid product. Attractive color too (I got purple). I would certainly recommend it as a well built product.Personally I think I need to buy a single-axis board for myself :)

It’s poor quality. Also… even after putting on that special oil that was included… it did not allow for smooth sliding. It cracked the second time using it. Sad… but, lesson learned… you get what you pay for.

The board is 7' long which i should have went with the 6' er... there is no way that I can move that far away in one slide. If I was taller it would happen. Then the booties don't slide even after oiling the board... so invest in a good pair of booties. I can't get the ends to un turn from the cylinder roll out was in so I have it turned the other way and maybe it would help.... so will let you know of my results

Doesn't work well at all. It comes with a lubricant but even then it doesn't glide very well. Maybe when it's warmer? Not worth the price even though it was inexpensive.

I won't lie. It was fun, but painful at first. My feet really hurt. But then again, they were hurting me bad before, which was part of the reason I got it. But after a few days of using it just 10 minutes a day (which still hurts, but not as bad), I was able to take a 4 mile walk without any pain in my feet. It really helps to stretch out the muscles in the arches of my feet, my plantar fascitis, etc. It also helped with my knees, hips, and I can feel it in my abs as well. The balance board really helps with all if it and I can tell the difference if I miss stretching with it for more than a couple of days. And it is fun to try to balance and move at the same time. It's been a few weeks, so the pain has gone down a lot. And my balance has improved (I was extremely wobbly at first).Anyhow, as much as it hurt at first, I still recommend this product. It really does help!

I bought this to get more movement at my standing desk, and it's great! It's really fun to wobble around on it while I work, and it's so much better than standing still. I can also get a good calf stretch on this song. I wish the surface were a little softer for my feet, like an anti fatigue mat. Sometimes my feet ache after standing on it or the bottom of my feet will fall asleep.

bought it for my grandson; poor quality, cheaply manufactured, sliding not possible, ev with the gel, that is included in the delivery..... , but a good sliding pad does not need lubricants
