Real estate agent must buy book of the year!
This book has a surprising amount of useful information. The tactics are surprisingly actionable, which is really nice for a new real estate agent like myself, or for someone seasoned, or even if you aren't in real estate but need business guidance, this book shows you some pretty great steps for ideas of generating business that covers more than the narrow scope it intended. It goes into great detail about converting your social media into an actual referral funnel, which alone may be the best 20$ I ever spent. I never really saw the usefulness of social media until I looked at this from the lens they provide. CMA's are very complicated and this breaks them down into marketable ideas, which even if they are the service provider, they did you a serious solid in an easy to read manual. This book was a complete surprise. That is unusual, normally I feel like I'm reading some sort of Tony Robbins, rah rah, lets all get off our fat asses and do something like jumping jacks to feel better, type books. This one delivered with very direct path of action. Good job!

Just Get It!
Fantastic! Is this a book just about CMAs? No, not by a long-shot. The Art of the CMA contains a wealth of real estate industry insight and guidance no matter your experience as a Realtor. The book is a blueprint on engagement with the lifeblood of an agent's career - the consumer. The book gives you the strategy and mindset to do more with the information and tools already at your fingertips. Read it. Mark it up and read again. You won’t be disappointed. Pro tip - if you buy the kindle version, you can have an Alexa speaker of various sorts read you the book (I use the iPhone Alexa app to start the text to voice feature) while maintaining the page location on the Kindle app.

Best Actionable Real Estate Book I’ve Read
Read this in it’s entirety over two days. Quick read, very informative, and I highly recommend. Not your usual (and typical) real estate book. I was already a huge fan of CloudCMA and the positive impact it had on my business. I liked how it wasn’t just trying to sell you the CMA service the whole time.1) Never share you MLS printouts. They’re clunky and not visually appealing. TheyMre made for agents. I realized this is basically selling the CloudCMA service, but this has been huge in converting buyers at the first meeting. You will come across so much more professional when you empower them with more data.2) Book gives very helpful tips on how to control the room in a listing presentation using your CMA as a guide.3) How to use the Zestimate as an asset4) Actionable advice on how to become your communities go to listing agent.

This book will separate you from the pack
Small book and quick read packed with easy to follow examples on how to take your business to the next level. Some examples are so simple you’d wonder why you have not even thought of doing it. The authors did an amazing job introducing simple but effective tactics not many agents are using. I have already implemented some of them while reading through the book.

Every Real Estate Professional Should Read this Book -- Seriously!
I know what you're thinking -- a whole book about CMAs? Really?Really. The listing presentation CMA is a major inflection point for real estate agents. You spend all that time and money trying to get that opportunity to pitch your services to a seller and get that listing, it's the last time you should be "winging it.Greg Robertson, the founder of the well-regarded and popular Cloud CMA program, shows you how to do it right. Greg provides invaluable insights in "The Art of the CMA", starting with the fundamentals that every agent should know about valuation, and then covering everything from how to use AVMs like the Zestimate to using data efficiently without overwhelming people. He even takes the CMA out of the listing presentation, suggesting creative uses of your CMA for prospecting, working with buyers, and dealing with I-buying companies in your market. It's an invaluable book that should be read and kept as a reference on every real estate professional's bookshelf. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

This book will change every agents career.
I read the Art of the CMA in one, 2-hour session. It's a well written, finely tuned piece of writing filled with solid information, storytelling and research that reveals the wonderful world of possibility that lies beneath the PDF the CMA is printed on.Greg is a foremost expert on this topic, an invaluable asset to the real estate industry and a terrific writer who compassionately provides the reader both the rational and emotional benefits of the CMA and ways to apply this linchpin product to land listings, enhance branding and generate marketing for agents but to also quell the occasional emotional turmoil sellers experience when their precious homes values out differently than they. believed it would.I recommend every agent read this once all the way through and then go back and read it multiple times, stopping at the end of each chapter and applying what's offered within to their business before moving on to the next chapter. If I were an agent, that's what I would do.
