This was recommended for my histamine issue. It works great but my research shows possible Iron blocking. Don't need that long term.

I've been doing a lot of Epigenetic research and this supplement popped up as something to help take down Inflammation. I suffer from several disorders that make life fairly painful.Hesperidin has helped me tremendously! I can get moving sooner and move better when taking it.
