For reference I'm 150lbs (68Kg) and wear a size 30 pants and S (US) / L (Asia) for shirts.Was worried about the various reviews about this shirt being too tight so I opted to buy a size larger (L instead of M). I'm kind of happy with the result, but maybe should have stuck to my sizing chart and gotten the M. The shirt feels nice and tight, but not "compressive tight" which would be good for surgery or injury recovery. As a matter of fact, I actually was hoping to use this shirt as an alternative to a waist binder I'm using for an oblique injury. It's not tight enough for that (at least the L size on my body) and the shirt does run a little longer than I expected. Still the quality of the shirt is very nice, and I don't mind using it as an under layer, as well as a straight up gym / jogging shirt on warmer days.I had absolutely no problem putting the shirt on over my head. Some reviews made it seem impossible. Once again, maybe my shirt is a little big for me? It was pretty easy and nothing out of the ordinary at all.If you're a smaller guy like I am, perhaps buy the M to get that super tight fit. The L (the one I have) is good enough to be a very tight-fitting shirt, but not "medical" tight as advertised. It's also very flattering as a shirt as it sticks to the all the contours of your shape; for good and bad depending on the circumstances.

I am really satisfied with the items. Exceeded my expectations!! Fits good! Does the job!

Just received the product yesterday and boy it was hard just to get it on. I’m a normal medium. Had to struggle to get it pull down from the shoulder. The compression on the stomach area have some but it was crushing my stomach making me nauseas. It’s definitely not for everyone. I don’t think I will be able to wear it for a long period of time if I feel uncomfortable. It hid my belly a little bit but it’s not magic. Your belly will still be there just looks a little more flat without the curving through the shirt.

If you’re a guy like me with a spare tire, it does absolutely nothing. I take that back. It actually hurts a little and gets you out of breath. It probably works for the guys with a little pudge that want to suck it in. But for the guys that could really use this don’t. It doesn’t change how you look. It just makes you extremely more uncomfortable with the same clothing and basically makes it feel like your clothes are too tight. STAY AWAY DAD BODS!

The material looks well tailored and comfty on skin but you'll need to select a larger size so you can put it on!!

This body shaper does the job. I happen to gain some holiday weight and I needed to wear a shirt for an event. This compression tank top was able to help fit in that shirt. This tank top did not make me feel warm while wearing it so it’s cool to wear even if the weather is a bit warm. I recommend this product.
