Love this pudding
This pudding is amazing, chocolate sticky toffee like pudding with a lovely sticky sauce. Perfect with vanilla ice cream. Was so moist and flavoursome, if I wasn’t on an eternal diet I’d have eaten the whole thing but definitely something I’d buy again as a treat or for Christmas

I have to save this dessert for when I have company otherwise I scoff the whole thing myself - it freezes really well and if you put a loose foil lid over it when it's in the oven the chocolate sauce stays gooey and doesn't dry out and go hard and chewy at the edges.
