Norpro 2067 Microwave Food Dome Cover Lid Splatter Screen 9"

I was looking for a splatter cover for my Sharp SMC07711 compact microwave, which has a 10-in. carousel. The local brick-&-mortar stores had nothing. I took a chance on ordering the Norpro 2067 Microwave Food Dome Cover from this Amazon storefront (JUST A GOOD STORE). It arrived in a timely manner, intact. The cover has an inner diameter of 9-in., and an outer diameter of 9.875-in. It fits the Sharp 10.0-in. carousel perfectly. And it is a little taller than most, and makes good use of the available space. Works for me. It appears to be the type of plastic that might stain easily (can't say yet), but FIT trumps FINISH as far as I'm concerned, because 9" plate covers are scarce apparently. So far no damage to it yet. Thanks for reading.Update: The dome continues to work well and remains stain free .. PLUS... I've found a cool alternate use for the dome when cooking microwave popcorn. As I mentioned above my microwave is small, and I was having difficulties with even the small 2.69 OZ bags of microwave popcorn. As the bags expand the corners would touch the walls of the oven and the bag would stop turning on the carousel. Yay! Dome to the rescue. I found that if I put the bag on the carousel and then cover it with the dome, the popcorn bag will expand into the dome and keep turning with the carousel. It also actually improved the popping thoroughness somehow. Cool.

I didn't receive the style of lid that I ordered. I was expecting the little knob on the top, but instead I received a lid that had a sunk in holder. It isn't as convenient, but it works. Not worth it to return.

Item received is not item pictured. Did not receive right item. Received same item as other reviewer pictured. Not domed and not 9". Item I received is 10.5 inches inside rim. And even biigger with tab on side. Not happy.

We bought a 700watt microwave that has a small turntable. The reg size spatter covers are too large. This one is the perfect size. I try to find a small cover in the stores and the only ones available were the regular size. I'm glad I was able to find it.

I should have listened to the other reviewers on this item. It is not dome shaped, nor does it have the knob on top for grabbing. The size is also not as stated. It is 3 in X 10 in. This is supposed to be the cover on the right in the picture which is my old one. It is not. Returning

If it had a higher dome it would be a five star.

worked out great for my microwave.

I like that it's higher than other covers, but really hot food still damages its surface, which is disappointing.
