GREAT relaxation cd for pets as well as for me
I have a multiple animal household and can always use something to help calm them. I ran into this at a health fair I was at and ended up purchasing it from amazon.com. There is something about the music and the vibrations that are instituted in the music. Not only does this music seem to calm down the animals (cats for the time being), but it seems to do the trick on me. It is instrumental with NO singing and is some of the most relaxing music I have ever listened to. I highly recommend this cd to anyone trying to get that edge on helping their animals relax, even when they may not be home. There are other products that you can purchase with this cd that I have not tried yet and may have to now.

Not sure it helped my pug...
I love the idea of this but my Pug Olive went nuts - barking and jumping up and down when she heard this music so not helpful keeping her calm maybe better for our Jazzercize classes.

Stops my troublemaker in his tracks
The cats seem entranced. I start the cd when they start pestering each other/fighting. My troublemaker(male) usually sits right next to the player and my female cat naps on the couch. The music is soothing, easy to listen to.

Saved my sanity
My roommate made fun of me for buying this, telling me that I was turning into the ultimate cat lady. Well, I have 2 outdoor cats and 3 indoor cats and one of the indoor cats is having cognitive disorder issues at the ripe old age of 16. He tends to prowl at night down the hall, yowling because he gets confused. So I put the CD on at a time when everybody is rather active and in 5 minutes, all was Zen in Kittyland. One of the outdoor kitties sat at the door, eyes closed and listening intently. Now, with a little Rescue Remedy and this remarkable CD, everybody sleeps all night. Bliss

Perky dog (grand dog lol) came over and I played it, and he went right to sleep and was good while we ate our food... then we turned off the music and he woke up and we then were able to pay attention to his cuteness!

It's always hard to rate these kinds of things. It doesn't seem to help my dog at all, but it is nice music.
