I like it even more than I thought i would . Its very sturdy and really looks nice . Assembly wasn't too difficult if you are a bit handy . I would say 3 people could probably do it in a day . I got mine in the winter and was able to do some of the assembly in the basement prior to actually setting it up , so that helped . I assembled the cross beams and the main roof beam before set up and two of us were able to assemble the whole thing in a day. I did get two wrong parts and had to contact sun joy . You are probably not going to speak to anyone on the phone and its not 24 / 7 customer service , but the were very responsive through email and sent the correct parts out in about 10 days , so i was happy with that . Over all I am very satisfied with the purchase and would reccomend .

Bought this 7/2023 and finally finished it. Definitely read the reviews. It influenced our purchase. We opted to reinforce the roof panels with specific roof screws and are not disappointed. We decided to take precautionary measures because we live in a windy area and some of the complaints in the reviews dealt with wind. Also, the price shown right now for this product at $1600ish is less than what we paid for it. I would grab it up at that price. Totally worth it.

Gazebo looks nice and went together well, however this does not come with rails for curtains if u want to add. When phoning was told cannot purchase if they do not come with original gazebo. Disappointed with Sunjoy as they have same size on their site.

It works as intended. Some instructions on provided paper & youtube as well are a little off.

I ordered the gazebo end of March. No issues with installation or damages. We had a windy day last week, about 10-15 miles/hour. I came home from work to find half the panels missing. I thought it was my fault for not installing it correctly, but after inspection, I found out the frame came off, the bolts holding the panels were ripped from the frame.Tried to get replacement parts, but they don’t have any and my only option was to disassemble it, package it, ship it back, get hit with a $500 restocking fee.Not worth it!

Got it yesterday and built it today. Super easy and all parts were in there. No damage to any parts. Plenty of extra parts. It did have 2 holes I had to persuade a bit but super happy.

Not understanding why the product description says it can withstand strong winds and inclement weather. However, the booklet that comes with the kit says it's for shade and rain only. We had to purchase stronger brackets to add for extra support. We didn't trust the durability.

This was a no-brainer for $1900. All other permanent options were well above $7500. Thing is sturdy and looks great. Customized a little and added some gutters since one of the sides is right up against my back screen door. Added some cool BoHo lighting and outdoor rattan carpet and got this killer looking patio for under $2000. Winning!
