I had 2 of these for few months now and so far they've been OK without any trouble. Installing was a bit tricky but not too complicated. Being able to adjust the water pressure is one of the great advantages of this product.

The product has a decent quality, and was easy to install. Works with UK valve and pipe settings, good water pressure, good material and no leakage. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend.

As seen via photos I’ve attached, this is a bad and unsafe item.Missing items: … No Hose, No Washer/Rubber ORing.Material: … Cheap paper thing metal. Signs of rust in many places. Handle is so loose I afraid of squeezing it in case it bends or breaks.T-Valve: … most important piece which supposed to control water pressure internally is make of plastic !! Not brass or steel, but cheap white plastic. Not even sure this is legal.Finish: … Overall finish is bad. Deep scratches with many sharp manufactured edges all over each piece, making is unsafe to touch anywhere. I’ve cut my self several times just picking up few items from the box.Because of how unsafe, badly designed and wrongly advertised this item is.. i will be asking for a full refund.

Acheté pour le nettoyage des toilettes, au vue des commentaires de certains (tuyau qui gonfle est explose, donc fuites) moi après essais je l'ai raccordé de manière à ne pas laisser le tuyau de la douchette sous pression, je positionne la manette vers le haut (2) pour usage de la douchette sinon dans la position de la photo (1) juste le remplissage du réservoir WC. photo (3) arrêt douchette & wc. la douchette n'est sous pression que pendant son usage. en position 1 j'actionne la gâchette et le peu d'eau restant dans le tuyau de la douchette se vide (plus sous pression).

Work as it should, nice that a mixer to switch between washer and ass flusher or both was included.

Very good quality and long lasting as it is not made from cheap plastic. The inner side is made from good long lasting materials.
