You know that sauce you get at the Japanese steakhouse that you put on everything and then ask for more of? Well, THIS IS IT! It's a creamy and spicy sauce with a hint of warm nutty-ness that tastes delicious on all kinds of foods. Not just Japanese food. It's great on ham sandwiches and turkey wraps, cold pastas and salads. Kids love it on french-fries and sliders too! I love that it's made of fresh stuff and not full of chemicals. My order arrived quickly and I couldn't be happier with my interaction with the seller. I'm going to run through this generous 12oz bottle way too quickly! Good thing I know where to get more!!!

Not what i was hoping for
I am the biggest spicy mayo lover. Everytime I go to a Japanese restaurant I ask for extra and put it on everything. I even make my own for at home. I was so excited when I ordered this but than very disappointed. It did not taste anything close to what I'm use to and made my sushi taste bad. I also thought it was a little too spicy but my husband likes it which is why I gave it 3 stars. I didn't like it but even though my husband agrees it doesn't take like the spicy mayo we normally get he still likes the taste

Delicious
I bought this because the sushi I bring home needs more kick. The big surprise is how many more uses I have found for it since it found its way to my refrigerator. I am currently eating a burrito with it slathered on top. Yesterday it was chicken and rice. This has just the perfect amount of heat.It is well documented that eating spicy food is good for you and even though this is mayo you really can't use enough of it to offset the benefit.

Great replacement for normal mayo
Absolutely delicious. This stuff is informally known as "Sriracha Mayo" in our household. It is absolutely fantastic when used to replace mayo for things like sandwiches and potato salad. It's also great in / on sushi! Gives your typical stale food a bit of a zing. Also great as a dip! YUM!

Good heat!!
The Musashi Japanese Spicy Mayo is very good. It has a fair amount of heat but doesn't completely over power the actual food flavors. If you like heat and still want to taste food, I would recommend this mayo.
