Plus, it was easy to assemble, and the customer service was excellent. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend this bench to anyone looking for a timeless addition to their home or garden.

Such a nice chair and looks pretty. Easy to put together and everything came in good condition. I was worried because of some reviews mentioned about parts missing or broken, but it turned out to be great! Can't wait to use it outside once it's getting warm.

MFSTUDIO’s acacia wood bench arrived broken. I didn’t see the damage until I put it together - the back support design had a few cracks that had me a bit upset. So I contacted MODERN-FURNITURE to let them know. I measure the quality of a company by its response to its customers and how well it stands behind its products. MODERN-FURNITURE was very responsive and immediately sent out a brand new bench to replace the defective one. They worked fast! So with that in mind, I will definitely consider MODERN-FURNITURE as an option. I can confirm the DO stand behind their product.As for the bench, it comes in four pieces - the two arm rests, the seat, and the back support. It’s held together with screws and a hex wrench (also included). One tip as your putting it together to save you a half hour’s worth of frustration - make sure the lip on the bench seat is facing out when you assemble it. If it’s facing backward, you’ll drive yourself mad trying to attach the arms. *Remember* lip faces out! Do that and you’ll have this together within 20-25 minutes.The end result is a beautiful bench that willadd curb appear to your home.

The holes did not line up and the screws couldn’t go in and got jammed up - we were unable to even put the bench together at all.Seller requiring us to pay for shipping to send back a FAULTY product.Terrible

This bench really surprised me. It is easy to assemble, the instructions were really straight-forward---and it looks and feels great.Great design and something that looks great on my front porch. I love the way it fits in well with your decor, and the cost is also something that is affordable. Makes for a great gift idea as well.

Absolutely loved this wood garden bench!! It’s more study and comfortable.

Exactly one week after our return window closed for this item, the seat back split leaving more than a 1/2 inch gap between slats. This was obviously caused by improper curing of the wood. I am trying to find a customer service email or phone number for the supplier who says to contact them for any problems within a year of purchase. I will update this review if I'm successful.{update}It is now July 4 and I'm updating my review. I contacted the supplier, who was very cooperative, and they sent me another bench after I shared photos of the cracks with them. The bench arrived yesterday and I unpacked it today and assembled it. Unfortunately, the seat back of the replacement is cracked as well. I'm thinking that this quality control issue is caused by un or improperly cured wood. The seat back has the thinnest wood in the bench and is assembled in a jig by the factory. My guess is that the factory assembly does not allow for swelling or shrinkage in the wood and as a result, when the temperature changes, the wood expands or contracts and cracks result. This is unfortunate because the bench is a nice appearing product, however I cannot recommend that anyone purchase it.Update July 16. I write this update to commend the seller of the bench. I have received a refund. I decided to pursue that route because the two benches that I did receive were both damaged by cracks. I still believe that the cause of the problem is not letting the lattice work "float" when assembling the bench back. Hopefully the manufacturer will rectify this issue soon. Thanks to the seller once again for standing behind their product.

I love it so much because It matches with my mid century modern home. Such a bench could cost over 700 dollars in modern furniture store.
