Unfortunately these were defective. 3 out of 4 were unusable. I took these to Parties To Go to be professionally inflated and two had tiny holes so they didn't hold the helium and one had a valve problem. Only one was good. I guess you could say "you get what you pay for". It was worth a try though because Parties To Go charges $18 per balloon (for their balloons) and that does not even include the cost of the helium! A crazy difference in price!! But if you really really want these balloons for your party, you should pay the ridiculous high price at a place that Parties To Go because they guarantee their are balloons and you won't be left empty handed! It was very disappointing.

These balloons were pretty but NOT well made. One of the number 2’s split down the seam when we inflated it, so we had to just use the 21, instead of all the digits of 2021. After 2 hours outside, the second 2 also split down the seam in the same way. I would not buy these again. We were disappointed.

Within minutes of bringing the balloons outside, 3 popped. It was not hot, maybe 60F. The balloons didn’t come in contact with anything sharp. I am glad I blew them up with air and didn’t waste money on helium. If you buy, you should under inflate, don’t fill like you would a similar balloon. It was very disappointing when this happened just before the graduation party.

Balloons looked great, blew up the 2, than the 2 and other 2. When I got to the 1 i could hear air coming out as I was blowing it up. Thought no big deal I will just put some clear tape over it. By the morning it was completely deflated. I below it up again and added some tape but by the time our graduation party started it was deflated again. Had to quickly take the whole thing down as it looked ridiculous. If it wasnt for the number 1 having wholes it would have been perfect.

The other letters I bought in the picture were much smaller and I was able to inflate with a bike pump, but I did not expect these ballons to be so huge. I used an air compressor because the bike pump was not working, but I managed with just holding the air compressor and a straw together. I used my own twine and the holders didn't rip at all.

The one was sealed when we got it out of the package and we had to slice a hole further down and zip tie it closed. We couldn’t do anything else because it was the day of the party that we discovered the issue.

I ordered a set of these, two of balloons defective. Reordered and second set were fine. Now charged again because I didn’t return 1st set, my bad, completely forgot, but to charge me and no way for me to send a message to speak to someone is a problem. Good customer looking for customer service, please advise how I can discuss this with someone.
