Footwear Women's Onward Sneaker

I am super disappointed with this shoe. As per an answered question and, contacting Taos customer service directly, I was under the impression to order my usual size, which I did. I wore them on a trip where I was going to be doing a lot of walking. They gave me blisters on my heels so bad I was in tears. These are expensive shoes so I figured I’d be good. The leather is really nice and soft and they have an excellent arch support and it felt like there was plenty of room in the toe box. So I was really surprised they affected my heels the way they did. There is nothing unusual with my feet/heels and have had no problems with other shoes. I’m hoping Taos will exchange them for a half size bigger to see if that’ll be better but I’ve worn them, so we’ll see.
