I have been buying these for a few years now. 85% dark chocolate has a bit of a bite to it but I have learned to not only love it but crave it. They are expensive but worth it. The only down side is when they occasionally become "currently unavailable". When that happens, I wait patiently then, when they are available again, I buy several bags. They come well packaged, with cold packs so they don't melt. Highly recommend for dark chocolate lovers!

I have purchased these chocolate chips five times already! They are my go to for random snacking, baking and all of my dessert recipes needing chocolate chips. I love that they use coconut sugar as the sweetener and the chips are the ideal mini size. They come packed with an ice pack too - I live in TX and have ordered at different times of the year and never had an issue with melting. I hope they carry these chocolate chips forever!

I just received the 2-lb bag of 72% dark chocolate chips; haven't baked cookies with them yet, but they taste rich and delicious! They're on the petite side and they melt in your mouth smoothly and cleanly - definitely superior quality to just about anything you could get in a grocery store.The customer service was also top-notch! The big bag o' chips arrived vacuum-sealed and surrounded by 4 small ice gel packs (room temp upon arrival). The vacuum-sealing makes the bag of chips feel like a solid block. I had ordered similar items from other vendors at the same time, and those didn't arrive vacuum-sealed, so the chips were loose in the bag. The contrast had me thinking these had all melted and resolidified into the shape of the bag, so I reached out to customer service. They were highly responsive, courteous, receptive and patient, and they effectively clarified my assumption and resolved my non-issue so well that I wrote this review about it! Will order from this company again!

There were five bags of liquid chocolate with no directions of how to use. The chips are delicious and they are gradually coming apart, but we put them in the fridge to do that. Where do we store the liquid chocolate, what can it be used for, can it be diluted or used just as it is. It was a surprise, but knowing it came right from Quito was great and the vacuum pack did work. We love real dark chocolate.

We keep going back to these again and again. We like that they have cleaner ingredients and less carbs than the regular chocolate chips you buy at the store. They can be a bit pricey but it's a better deal if you can buy them in bulk. I've purchased them at least 3 times, in single packs and multi packs, and I've never received melted chocolate. They sometimes need to be "broken up" a bit but they're not melted, just packed tight. Delicious as well, which is important, of course. If you're used to dark chocolate you wouldn't ever know these are dairy-free.

I recommend this product for those wishing to enjoy the benefits of 85% dark cacao.I was sad when I saw that a portion of the package had melted, even with the ice packs. Temperatures were in the 90's, and the driver left the package on concrete in the heat. about 1/3 of the bag had melted, but, 2/3 of the chips were still intact!The flavor of the product is very good, but a bit sweeter than I like for 85% cacao products. Yes I will reorder when the temps drop later in the year.To the manufacturer: I would like to suggest to the manufacturer to try making a similar product using (much) less of the coconut sugar if possible! Thank you!

I have ordered this the vegan gluten free chocolate chips a few times now. I have it every day with my breakfast, it satisfies that sweet tooth craving, but it isn't too sweet. It just tastes like delicious authentic kakao. The product is packed so mindfully, with dry ice so it doesn't melt, and vacuum sealed so air pressure doesn't ruin it. Since I order it frequently, I asked if I should start sending the dry ice packets back. They said they would send me instructions on how to dispose of it, the dry ice packets are recyclable and biodegradable. Customer service actually answers the phone pretty quickly, and a kind human answers. I obviously love this product :)

I have been searching for coconut sugar chocolate chips and they’ve not been easy to find so I was happy to find this product. The chips are dark chocolate not overly sweet but very tasty and excellent in baked goods. They came well packaged and kept cool to keep from melting. They are a bit pricey but for those of us cutting back on refined sugar it’s worth the price. Very happy with this purchase
