Buyer beware!
I was looking for authentic wild rice -- non-GMO, non-cultivated. Even if the description stated that it was hand-harvested by Native Americans in canoes, that doesn't mean non-GMO! You have to read the fine print. This brand is priced right, is high-quality and checked all my boxes. I used to purchase "Minnesota Wild Rice" thinking that it was all non-GMO but was disappointed to learn that some of the cultivated types were. I'll stick with this Canadian rice as long as it remains pure!

Rice review
Great rice. Too pricey. Forty dollars would be more appropriate.

Este arroz es el mejor que he comido en mi vida. Es adictivo. No puedo parar de comerlo.

Not good at all
The wild rice lacks the flavor and doesn't taste good at all.

Wild, organic and lead?
YUM. And good for me too. I used my rice cooker and used the 1 :3 rice to water ratio. Tastes amazing! Texture is beautiful.I’m super impressed, it’s organic and from Canada too! I’ll be buying more to store in pantry.Edit: I noticed a lead warning label on the package which another reviewer mentioned-more info about this in rice would be nice. Not interested in reading studies more like a meta-analysis would be nice but I couldn’t find one. Lots of legal jargon to be had online.

Had before
Had this before for someone else and it’s good stuff that’s why I’m ordering it over and over.
