Compressor issue , also worst service on whirlpool service
I am constrained to express my displeasure and resentment at the supply of a defective refrigerator by you. I bought a frost free Giant Whirlpool Refrigerator of 240 litres from Amazon website on 25 January 2023. I am sorry to say that the refrigerator didn’t give me a trouble-free and satisfactory service even for a few days. The main trouble started in the Cooling section of the refrigerator. After an irritating service for a couple of days, it stopped working all of a sudden. It also started making an Bad smell. I have tried to resolve these issues by consulting the manual and adjusting the temperature settings, but unfortunately, nothing seems to be working. This Issue start a 29 October 2023, I have first complain booked in customer care. After Day service man come and check the refrigerator . And ask the problem compressor is fault so change the compressor and told install the stabilizer and avoid the problem. Next day I purchased the stabilizer installed. Same issue on 14 December 2023 I totally disappointed. I made an complain by calling customer care and not get an proper reply. Next day service person called and informed that he will come by end of the day, but he never showed up also I tried to calling no.of. times he didn’t pick the call.So I raised the complaint again in customer care.I received an worst service on that day. Next day service man called and informed that due to personal issue not able to pick the call that’s why didn’t come on that day. Firstly they should informed earlier that he was busy but not done that, also another person should have allotted but it also not done.I made the complaint on Wednesday but service man checking on Monday, seriously this is the best u guys can do that. When he came on mondayhe told the same issue that compressor not working like on October. Last time on October without even mentioning the issue he came up with backup compressor and installed it, but this time even I mentioned the issue was on compressor he didn’t come with that and also saying that it was out of stock it takes 7-10 working day. If it was out of stock they should mentioned on the phone itself, I am really got fed up with you guys.What if the compressor came and you guys resolved the issue on next week. On January 2024 warranty will be over, if the same error persists again, what guarantee u guys can give me. Then I have call again, you will hassle me again for two weeks and I have go through all the trouble you caused again. Am I joke to you guys. I don’t want your item, just take the product and replace it.I don’t want to cause the same issue again, otherwise make an official letter stating the issue won’t happen again even if the warranty expired. Then I can accept the repair, otherwise there is no use of it. Just replace the product or give an official letter stating that it issue won’t again, if it arise company will bear the problem even the warranty got expired.

Damage item
I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator Neo proton on 29 th September 2024. They delivered a damaged item on 2nd October 24. I had to call the technician and whirlpool coustomer service several time they response was so slow they came next day for installation and sold a stabilizer of their own of 2450 when I had a vguard. The technician told after 1hr 30 it will get cool after 1 day the the system didn't get cool so I put a complaint to whirlpool the technician came and attended the product it is not working. I raised a complaint to Amazon for return and refund on 5th of October they told with in 48 hrs the would provide replacement or refund. After that every day we complaint the whirlpool would not respond properly or Amazon ask 2 days time for the return. Today it is 8th day of the delivery and complaint no response. A bad experience from whirlpool and Amazon after paying hard earned money. What should I do please all suggest. Kindly don't buy such item from Amazon or from whirlpool
