These socks work well for down dog pose but not too well for warrior 2 kind of poses, which are any pose that your feet are wide apart horizontally. Your feet will slide out of the sticky parts horizontally. Its better than normal socks for sure but not as great as bare foot.

I bought these to help keep me from slipping as well as remain balanced while practicing prenatal yoga. They are a perfect fit!

The grippers really help when your yoga gets intense. Only issue is that they just a bit too big for me, so sometimes I feel some fabric moving around my toys.

Super comfy and cute. I use them for Pilates and have tiny feet (7AAA), so I bought the XS and they fit perfectly. Great grip too! Wash well and sturdy.

Great for most women and any men size 9 or smaller. I wear an 11 mens and it cuts the circulation off my toes and feels like it is my wife’s sock.

Love these, in fact I love them so much that I sometimes wear them around the house, much to the amusement of my children. They fit well, are comfortable, and allow you to assume a stable position, without "sticking" you to the ground. I've ordered a few more pairs to stop me sliding around on my wood floors :0)

So i've been doing a lot of Yoga and home exercise what with the Pandemic and all. My original yoga mat was a little plushy and was stretching across my floor making my yoga practices next to impossible. I picked up these hoping that they would work well on my floor so i could retire my mat for good.i took away a star because i personally am uncomfortable with the toe socks aspect (normally i'd maybe only remove 1/2 a mark but cant do that) However, the socks are not as grippy as i'd hoped. While i didn't slip n' slide nearly as much on my old mat, i still had to readjust my positions a lot because my feet weren't able to keep a hold on my floor.Still work and i suspect that my vinyl floor might be the problem but they otherwise work well.
