Creality Official Upgrade Extruder, MK8 Extruder Alloy Block Bowden Extruder 1.75mm Filament for Ender 3 Series, Ender 5/5 Plus/Pro, CR-10 Series 3D Printer

The extruder upgrade works fine on a CR-6 SE and is worthwhile upgrade. I wore out the brass gear in the stock extruder and taking the stock extruder apart to service is a huge pain. It is also difficult to re assemble and is made of cheap plastic.The M3 X 18 SHCS screw in the kit is a little short but there is a longer M3 X 18 SHCS screw on the CR-6 SE stock extruder that you can trim to have a screw the right length. The M3 X 18 SHCS screw in the kit worked for me, but I was careful and did not over tighten.The seller in the Q&A says that this will not fit on a CR-6 SE for some reason. This upgrade works just fine.

Much better than original unit that came with the printer, all metal and fits good on my Creality CR 6 SE, The diagram sheet is printed backwards to the extruder front, so a little annoying to figure out, but it was my second unit I had bought for 2 printers. excellent quality and should last, I don't know why the company didn't use it in the first place as the original was all plastic and lasted 3 months.

This replaced the one that came with my Ender 3 V2, was broken out of the box and CS wanted me to pay for the shipping to replace it, shipping was just a few bucks less then this metal version, so I got this instead and I'm glad I did, it went on with ease, no issues and I'm still using it. I would recommend getting this if you have any of the Ender 3, I think this works with other versions too, though I'd make sure, even if yours isn't broken, because, in time, I'm sure it will, its an issue that in my research trying to figure out what was wrong with mine, not seeing that the arm was broken on mine out of the box, I found that many, if not most with the same printer, soon or later it broke, so this replacement part seems to be a must for Ender # printers.

This unit worked as expected but save yourself time and hassle and buy direct drive if you can afford it if not this product works perfectly, just don't do what I did and not change out the brass cog on the stepper as the original one would not come off the stepper motor being pressed on, I need to take it all apart again and put on the one that came with this kit..

I have an Ender 3 V2, and this extruder being aluminum was perfect after the original extruder smashed to bits on me. I also was not a fan of all the red anodized versions of this, and wanted something that didn't stand out so much, and this fit the bill perfectly!Pluses:Its aluminum, should last longer than the old oneIt has an upgraded hardened steel pneumatic connecter for the tubingIt looks less clashy with the Ender 3v2I can't knock stars off because the original extruder literally exploded on me, but suffice it to say this extruder should just be standard on all Creality 3D printers.

Installed easily and works as intended.

This works so much better then the stock extruder that came with my ender 3.

The purpose of me buying these was so that I could print from the TPU filament that I had purchased. At the time I didn't realize there where different types of TPU filament such as type 85, 95 and so fourth. I realized that I had the most flexible filament type and it handled it with no problem. Just had to make some adjustments to my slicing software and wow, was I happy.I also purchased some 95a and it handled it very well, even with retractions included. I was so happy with this, I purchased another one to upgrade my Voxelab Aquila which was easy to install. The first one went onto my Creality Ender 3 Max which was also easy to install and superior to the stock extruder.For not being double geared, it sure worked like one. Very happy with this extruder and I highly recommend it!

Mejor que el extrusor de serie, tiene acabados muy buenos y es muy bonito. Funciona muy bien aunque no cambia la calidad de impresión, sí mejora la continuidad del flujo y ayuda a imprimir con filamentos flexibles.

Quedó perfecto, mejoro la extrusión, la calibración quedó aún mejor. Totalmente recomendado.

Se utilizó en cambio de refacciones, me gustó porque las piezas son de metal.
