I love the way this product makes me feel after drinking it. It eliminated all the symptoms of my keto flu while going into ketosis and keeps me energized throughout the day. The taste is very salty so if you're down used to drinking sea salt water I'd recommend adding lemon to it for a little flavor.

This product is great if you’re looking for no flavor. Anyone complaining in the comments have zero clue about what electrolytes are. They are SALT!!! So of course it’s going to taste like ocean water. If you want a sugary drink go get liquid iv. That is pure junk being sold as electrolytes when in reality it’s all sugar. I typically use this to mix in with my flavored electrolytes to cut the sweetness.

I was excited to try this because I didn’t want added stevia in my electrolytes- something in this made me feel terrible :( Waste of money :(

Great hydrator no sugar or sugar substitute. Perfect for boosting hydration in the summer heat.

I try to use these to help stay hydrated. I am not a fan of the saltiness.

I like this product and drink it a couple of times throughout the day. I haven't tried the recommended dose and think it would be way to salty for me. I use 2 scoops in a gallon jug with a 1/4 tsp of Pink Himalayan salt. If you do intermittent or prolonged fasting it helps in keeping the electrolytes up.

I really like this product, and I will continue to order. I was expecting the jar to be full to the top, but otherwise it is good. No flavor which is what I wanted.

Product contains what I needed but the salty taste is much stronger than other powders I've used.
