My wife was experiencing carpal tunnel-like pain in her lower thumb, upper wrist region. I bought this for her thinking it was something other than what it actually is. I don't actually understand the holistic construct and methodology that this wrap uses but my wife has become expert. She uses it not only on her wrist and thumb but has also been using it on her knee as well.It runs big and is not the best fit for her hand, though still affective, but it's large size allows her to wrap it on her knee as well. It's really speeding up her healing after a bone fracture in her knee after a skiing mishap. Follow the directions and let the healing stones do their thing.

The media could not be loaded.  The cord is long enough. It feels so great. The heating spot just cover the pain area, highly recommend!

I have used these on my hands for arthritis and I have seen a significant change in the pain in my hands as opposed to the other methods I've used, such as ice and heat methods, microwave pads, etc.

I had such high hopes for this. $65?!? I could barely put it on by myself because it bunches up around the hand so much. It was extremely uncomfortable. It didn't heat up at all, even after leaving it on for 20 minutes. Not a bit of heat. I have tendonitis in my left wrist, and the stones were extremely uncomfortable and caused pain due to the bunching up of the material. Not worth $65 at all.

Stopped working after one month. Before that it was warm at best, and produced much less heat than other pads I've used Support is non existent.

Worked like described

Either this unit is broken or this product line is weak. This does NOT get hot at all.
