Amazon asks, "Did you enjoy your new replacement mop head?"Yes, Amazon, more than you could imagine. Some folks might just use their mop heads to clean floors. Not me. Mine is confirmation of a life well lived. I am fortunate to have the means to afford a ten dollar mop head while others make due with less expensive models. In my youth, I cleaned floors with mops with sponge heads and folding wringers like a peasant. I was ashamed but it was all I had. Gradually, I worked hard and earned enough to buy a string mop and I thought that I was someone. It did its job, but I had to wring it out by hand and the head was attached and couldn't be replaced. Then I saw an infomercial late at night for a string mop that would wring itself with the twist of its handle. I sold my old mop, picked up some overtime and I bought one of these marvels of engineering. It seemed like 6-8 weeks that I waited and finally the UPS man left a long, slim box leaning up against my mailbox. I ripped open the box, giddy with excitement, only to find that it was cheap Chinese junk. Flimsy and plastic. I was devastated. Then and there I vowed that I would never again clean floors with inferior equipment. I took a second job and saved my money until I could buy a commercial mop, bucket and wringer like the pros use. It's a yellow Rubbermaid unit that is built to last. It has wheels on it and warnings in English AND Spanish to let people know that the floor it wet. There is a clever baffle in the bucket that keeps the water from sloshing out should I have to stop abruptly. I have arrived. I can mop my floors with my head held high. This mop head is more than a tool. It is a reminder that I can do anything I set my mind to. Thank you, Amazon. I hope to be buying these fine mop heads from you for years to come.

I like the construction of the mop head but it is like washing my floor with a wad of dryer lint. I used it 6 times now and I am still leaving purple trails of lint on my white floor. It's especially visible between the tiles where the lint seems to settle the most. After the floor dries I have to go back and sweep up the purple lint or redo the floor with a swiffer.

The company immediately contacted me after reading my original 1 star review which i have left for your convenience. They sent me a white replacement head free of charge. I've had it a while now and mop frequently. No complaints.It bleeds.Do not purchase unless you want to mop with purple water. Tried washing it but it still bleeds.

I think I may have gotten a little hyped up about the bright colors because for the first 3 months there were little purple strings that kept falling off. it's a decent mop but not really built to last.

It's as if it's falling apart with the addition of water.. and it bleeds the color.

These mops don't wash up very well. Strings broke and had to be cut off. One washing and they look worn out. Usually used Rubbermaid web foot. But liked the purple color. Color stayed in but mop came apart.
