Consistency is the key for blood pressure measurements
This came just as I was getting ready to leave, but of course I had to try it out. I didn’t have time to read the manual, but I was able to set the date/time and take a couple of measurements by just dinking with the 3 buttons. Very intuitive ✅Later on with more time to test it out, I changed the batteries and was surprised that the memory did not erase my earlier measurements. I downloaded the iOS app, set up an account, and paired the device with iPhone. Although the syncing setup didn’t work quite the same way as the app’s initial pairing instructions, it paired fine after I figured out the sequence and length of button pushes to get the phone and monitored linked. There was an email option in the app that I selected and was sent a .csv file with all the measurements, which I opened in Excel and Sheets. So, for all the people out there disappointed that a catastrophic crash of the device lost all your data, you can save it yourself! That checks the history recall requirement for me ✅Finally, let’s talk about the accuracy of these measurements, comparatively speaking, you are not going to get the numbers as you would an arm cuff monitor, true. However, an individual’s systolic and diastolic values change throughout the day, depending on activity, metabolism and your stress levels. Yes, the actual numbers themselves are important if you’re looking tracking certain diseases/disorders. However, for a multiple-times-a-day measurements, the sys/dia ratio is actually more important to look at because it’s more indicative of the muscle tone of your heart, the robustness of your arteries, and whether or not you need to chill out more. Over time, that data taken with the same device will be more meaningful than the single measurement different nurses with different cuffs write in your chart on the rare(ish) occasion you might go in to see your doctor. What impressed me most about this little device is that, even throughout the day, regardless of if I just ate or if I was just exerting myself, my numbers consistently told me that I’m more frequently higher than the borderline normal to high, which I know that I am because I need to have better habits. (But that’s not the point here.) The point here is that it showed individual quantitative fluctuations but also showed ratios consistent within a narrow range. I would’ve been suspicious if my ratios were changing dramatically within 24 hours. I know my GP will be impressed with that (and that I can chart it in Excel). Accurate enough ✅CONS and please consider fixing/adding:-Separated date and time data points, so people can look at measurements at the same approximate time of day over time. Right now, I can only get the date and time of each reading mashed together.-A way to record the data of User 1 and User 2 on the same web account for people like me whose husbands should (but don’t) care enough to track theirs like their doctor thinks they should).

Great product!
I purchased this device at my doctor’s suggestion. My arm cuff was giving me false high readings because my pulse is a little thready. My doctor said it would be easier for a wrist cuff to pick up my pulse and provide more accurate readings. The unboxing of this device was stellar. I was pleasantly surprised by the thought and care that went into the packaging.Setting up the device and connecting it to my iPhone was simple and straight forward.Taking my blood pressure was a little tricky at first. I wasn’t sure if I was correctly placing the cuff on my wrist. After reviewing the tips on their website and a little trial and error I determined that the correct placement for me is about the width of my thumb away from the base of my wrist. If you’re getting inconsistent readings I suggest checking the company’s website for placement tips to make sure you are placing the cuff consistently in the correct position. After finding the correct placement on my wrist I needed to figure out the correct way to hold my arm. I tried pillows, tables, and a few other positioners. I found that sitting in a chair with a comfortable, sturdy arm and then just bending my elbow into the right position worked best for me. The indicator on the cuff is helpful for making sure I’m keeping the cuff at the correct position. The cuff is much faster at taking a reading than I expected it to be. It works twice as fast as my arm cuff did.Today is the first day I’ve used this device. It is currently the end of March, I will try to remember to come back in a month or so to update my review.

Love it.
This is a great blood pressure monitor. I love the way it sends my numbers straight to my cell phone. The only thing I don’t like is the little bag it comes with. It’s very hard to get it in and out. Currently I’m using the plastic container from my old monitor to store this one in.

Great device for keeping an eye on your health!
The doctor told me I needed to start watching my blood pressure at home. Since I do a lot of things via smart devices, I started looking for blood pressure cuffs that would integrate with Apple Health—and this one popped up. I purchased it, and haven’t been happier!Out of the box, this item was extremely easy to set up and use. It has a very large and easy to read display that I can see even without my glasses on. Two users can save their data on the product if you choose with data tracking on their app. The cuff is very easy to slide over your wrist and secure. Once secured and powered on, the display will tell you exactly which direction to move your wrist to get the most accurate measurement. The rest is fully automatic. The app (I will speak for Apple, as I that’s what I have. I cannot speak about Android) is extremely easy to set up and use. You open the app and pair the device. Once paired and set up, you only have to open the app when you are ready to take a new measurement. Once the measurement is complete, the new reading is immediately sent to the app. The app will display the most recent pressure, along with a trend of the last 3 measurements. You can also get various reports about prior measurements in prior months. Graphs on the main page can show the past week, month, year, or overall, so you can trend your blood pressure. This is a simple tool to use with your doctor. This product had exactly what I needed and nothing more. No fancy gadgets or settings I needed to adjust. Simple and refined with features that make it a star!
