Mine was red brown with no dark brown, black at edges.
I ordered the 8' by 8'... There was no dark brown/black at the edges, like in the picture. The brown was very red in color. I returned.

Very nice backdropp
The basckdrop is veery well made. It folds into a small package tha fits in my carry case nicely.I was pleased with the way it photographed.
