4 Pieces Faux Fox Fur Square Fabric Shaggy Fur Patches Fabric Cuts Chair Cover Seat Cushion Pad for DIY Craft

I bought it specifically to make the wind screen for DJI OSMO Pocket 3 and Canon 5D Mark IV cameras. Worked beautifully! Cut the wind noise to zero for Pocket 3 built in mic and helped to reduce wind noise for 90%, on Mark IV. It doesn't muffle the microphone. It's really furry, so I gave it nice supermen like haircut, so it wouldn't look like a hippie.

Great for my gnomes

I used this fur to attach to a plastic mask to make look more real and it worked soooo well. It's softer than you would think. I used E6000 glue and had no problems getting it to adhere. The only drawback is the mess. Of course I had to cut it to fit and there was fur everywhere!

Right out of the package the fur will look....rough. All it needs to fix it up is a quick brushing though! It's not top of the line faux fur, but it's definitely good for the price. In my photos you can see 3 different pieces from my order, the first picture is fresh out of the package, the second one was brushed "with the grain", and the third picture is brushed "against the grain". I recommend brushing against the grain, it gets you the fluffiest feeling and look! Also, it hides any wrinkles in the backing fabric if you can't iron it (which I'm always afraid to with faux fur, I don't want to melt it!)

I bought these squares for making gnomes. it's good beard material. Easy to cut through to make the beards. However, you don't get many beards out of each square so you end up with a lot of wastes fabric scraps, and they arrived severely wrinkled and the fur crimped. I spent at least 30 minutes with a blow-dryer AND a clothes iron and steamer to get the squares so the hair was straightened out and the squares useable.

Colour and amount!

2 - 3 inches of each piece is wasted because the fur is cut straight across at the bottom of each piece showing the backing. In order to use the full length of the fur only 2/3 of the piece can be used.
