I take this daily..works great to keep you regular..doesn't taste bad../no taste really.....I add 2 scoops as directed to half a glass of water and fill the rest of my glass with juice..its a very good fiber supplement...kinda pricey..but a good way to get more fiber..I'm happy with this product.

I’m on my second purchase of this fiber. It works well and is easy to digest. It’s smooth and mixes well in my smoothie. I’m so glad I found this fiber as it helps me meet my daily fiber intake. This is the brand I will continue to purchase.

When I didn't like the bloating and gas from metamucil I found this gentle but effective product made for women by a women. Really like it. It just works without any side effects.

It didn't make me regular and that's why I tried it. I mixed it with a 12 oz cup of hot tea each morning and it didn't fully dissolve. I won't buy it again.

My favorite fiber. Has no taste, dissolves relatively well. And good amount of fiber per serving.

Thank you for making this wonderful product. It is indeed very gentle on the gut within two days you begin to feel the difference. The body begins to love it and the morning routine is so easy now. Actually tastes great. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to it and could only try it once. Rather expensive experiment that did not work out. Looked into returning it for a refund but says it is not eligible.I do use the Vita-Lax and that works well for me.

Item arrived on schedule. This fiber has a thick consistency so when added to my cranberry juice it thickens it up like a smoothie. I do one scoop twice a day before my meals and this next morning after my cup of water/coffee I have the urge to use the bathroom. No pushing No gas No bloating. Just a complete clean out that makes me feel great. At 48 I’m being more cautious about my food intake and want to make sure to rid myself of toxins. This is only day 2 for me but I’m really compared to what I was previously taking. I am a VITAL part of this PLANET. Thank you!
