Fan Blades are not included
The fan assembly quality looks fine, but I was surprised to discover that the fan blades are not included. They must be obtained separately. I purchased some universal-fitting blades at the local home improvement store for about $27. This assembly also does not include a light although it is also possible to purchase a separate component and install that separately. It would have been nice to have a better description of these details.
