Hurst 1300041 Aluminum Cover Kit for Quarter Stick

I liked the alluminum cover..but the fit was terrible..ii sat in my chair in the garage for 2 hours filing this thing so it would fit the hurst quarter stick shifter..i ordered the lower bracket which fit nice..quite frankly I could have built a better piece of alluminum by the time it took me to widdle this cover to fit..not worth the 80 bucks

Good quality but not knowing the product I did not know you need a base plate for this to fit. So either you spend another $80.00 or throw this out. I believe the cover and base should be sold as a kit. I am not impressed.
