Assembly is straight forward easy to follow, sturdy and light. Support for monitor mount is somewhat misleading, but was able to rig it up. I had to cut a notch out of the vertical shear board under the desk to allow room for the particular clamp in the monitor mount I had bought. Also, I added a board underneath with 1" screws to increase the surface area for the dual monitor clamp to be more stable, then drilled through the top plate and screwed it down to the plywood underneath with 2" screws I think.

The one gripe I have is that it is advertised to be suitable with monitor mounts. The metal bars underneath the tabletop and the backboard blocks my mount from securing to the tabletop. So if you're looking to get this and you need a monitor mount this desk may not be ideal.Other than that it's a great desk as it gives lots of room. I have 2 27" monitors and still have room to use or space to put things on. The outlet on top is a plus in convenience. Quickly and easily assembled.

This is for the 55” Desk. It’s a nice size. Looked and looked for a good desk. I finally went with this one. I didn’t want a gaming desk perse but this desk works well for gaming or business. It’s solid, has some storage under the top as well as a place for your computer tower. It has a nice grain in the top. It does show some fingerprints but a quick wipe of damp paper towel removes them. The built in outlet is useful. It’s a little plain but it does the job well and fairly priced. Easy to assemble. Recommended.

I read several reviews about this desk that mentioned parts arriving damaged and build issues of screws not lining up with their holes. Aside from a scratch underneath the wood next to the power strip, the desk had no other visible damage. As for screw hole issues, either those reviewers got hold of a bad desk or they pot the desk together incorrectly. This desk was so ridiculously easy to put together you only really need the instruction manual to distinguish screws.Pros: Crazy easy to put together. Very sturdy, the desk has all of my PC equipment on top (about 110lbs). The power strip works as advertised. The wood finish, which is not black but more of a black coffee really dark-brown color, makes the desk looks more expensive than it is.Cons: This may be more of a personal concern than a con, but i question the longevity of the power strip. As mentioned, this is not black but really dark brown. HUGE CON, the wood finish, although nice to look at, seems really cheap. I sled a carboard box, with no sharp edges or pointy objects inside, on top of the desk and it left scratches. How can carboard scratch wood? And the moisture in the air stains the wood. So if your room gets humid like during the Summer, be prepared for stains. And it requires some effort to clean any stains off.Conclusion: I care more about functionality than esthetics so i'm satisfied with this desk, cons and all. But if you like to show off your setup and don't want to worry about an easily scratched and stained surface; either purchase a large desktop mouse to cover the whole desktop, or look elsewhere for a desk.

Grabbed this for my kiddo who has been needing a desk for a while. I shopped for over a year, aggravated that I can't find any deals in the 100 range with a drawer or shelves (not thrilled with how all desks now just look like a table with 4 metal legs). Found this desk with the plugs and usb ports on top, a shelf to get his computer off the floor and a little shelf for books or odds and ends. I like having some utility and this desk gives you a lil extra utility, not just a lame table desk thing like most stuff on the market right now. Anyhow, the kiddo likes it, his only complaint is that the edges are a bit sharp, something some foam edges will easily solve. I didn't hear cussing from hubby during set up, nor was there any blood, so set up was also a win. I want to note that there was a Review for $10 Amazon Credit card in the package, but I won't be taking advantage of their kind offer, but I'm noting these cards in my reviews when I see them because I'm irritated by it and think it undermines Amazon reviews that I count on.

Very happy with the desk. It has good depth to be able to keep a writing pad in addition to keyboard, has place under the desk to store books and best of all - plug points on the table. Putting it together took me about an hour , the instructions are clear and tools were provided as well. 2 things to note:1. the screws are exactly the number you need. So make sure to not misplace one.2. get someone to help you. The pieces are heavy. I did it alone, but could have saved a lot of time if I had someone holding the pieces while I was putting them together.The desk is sturdy and I liked the fact they provided table edge guards. All is all, a very affordable and good looking home office desk.

This desk arrived damaged. It looked like the box had been dropped during shipping. Upon opening, I discovered that one section of the frame had been broken at a welded spot. I emailed the company and asked for a replacement part. The company actually sent me a whole new desk. I am very pleased. This desk is pretty and it is sturdy. The shipping for both desks was very quick. I highly recommend this desk and this company. I will definitely do business with them again.

Frankly, really surprised how much I like this product. box arrived several days earlier than expected (always a fun surprise) and, while the box was in rough shape, nothing was damaged in any way inside.instructions were detailed enough and easy to follow. they provided adequate hardware (including allen wrenches and spares) as well as plasticy rubber bumpers for the corner of the desk. great forethought and attention to detail.love the coloring of the desk and the embedded power strip with USB female ends is great to have.lightweight and easy to move.9/10

I needed something very particular in size for replacing my old desk and this seemed to fit the bill after hunting for ages for a well reviewed desk under $200.At the end of the day, it was just alright.It fits my space perfectly (had like 3" wiggle room!), is sturdy enough to lean on and holds my speakers, 3 monitors and other things just fine.However, this thing was pretty difficult to put together alone, it'd have been much easier if I had someone helping me hold certain parts while I screwed things in. And the desk does wobble a little when I type....well, more like it trembles (you can see the monitors wiggle a little), it doesn't really move side to side at all.You're going to want to definitely buy a big XL mousepad for this too as it scratches somewhat easily (and did quite a bit during the assembly process simply being upside down on the floor alot which yes is the opposite of what direction the instructions tell you to do, but it was honestly the ONLY way I could put this together on my own, as another reviewer suggested doing so).Overall, fairly happy with this desk, assembly could be more solo friendly and like I said, there is that slight wobble i never experienced with my solid wooden desk. if I could I'd give it a solid 3.5 but there are no half stars here so I suppose it gets a 4.

I replaced my desk of 18 years with this one here. It's longer and wider than my previous one, making it easier to have my 3 screens (2 monitors [a 27" and a 24"] for my desktop computer and 1 for my laptop [13" macbook] for work) in one place. The power bar and USB ports are very helpful for the electronics I need to have. There is still a tower holder to keep it off the ground and out of the way, while the shelf underneath means I have a place to put my roleplaying gear for the sessions that have gone online. I could've gone with the 55" one and probably a little happier but that's on me and my fear of not having room. It also monitor mount friendly which I disagree with. I bought a mount to go with this and it sits awkwardly on the metal bit. If its not a heavy monitor I could see it working but I'm personally too nervous to have an under the desk type of mount on this.It is doable to put together for one person to put together! I think it took me an hour (or just under that time) to have to all together. Fairly straightforward to do so. The only sad little bit I have is the corner protectors don't stick on super well. But overall I'm pretty happy with it!

Décevant... la couleur du bois est beaucoup plus foncé que sur les illustrations. Ressemble a une grosse planche brunne.Pour la hauteur c'est mon erreure,je nai pas vérifier plus que ça, mais je ne pensais pas non plus qu'un bureau pouvais etre aussi haut. Je mesure 6 pied,ma chaise d'ordinateur est levé au maximum et je n'arrive pas a avoir les bras parallele au bureau sans levé les appuis-bras de ma chaise a en avoir les épaule remonté jusquau oreilles. Normallement je retourne les articles,mais pour un bureau c'est un peu plus de trouble,alors on vas faire avec.....

I like this desk, it's sturdy and large and my rather tall computer tower fits on the shelf nicely. My only issue was during assembly, we were not able to fit two of the front screws in that hold the desktop down on the bar. The holes just didn't quite line up properly no matter what we did. I still love the desk, and it's still sturdy with all the other screws properly in, it's just a little annoying that the screw holes were slightly off from where they should be.
