This TV stand looks great and seems pretty sturdy. It did take awhile to put together, about 3.5 hours for me to do alone. Installing the fireplace was the only difficult part, as the screws have to go in a dark and narrow gap. Otherwise, it was just a lot of steps. The fireplace looks nice, and I like that it has four levels of brightness. Customer service was great - when the twist-in leg cracked during installation and the fireplace remote arrived broken, they had a response to me overnight and replacements at my door in under a week - zero hassle.Other things to note -1. As others have mentioned, the whole the-fireplace-needs-its-own-outlet thing. We're talking about a device that was specifically made to be used in a stand that holds other devices that require a wall socket. I don't know many people who have multiple sockets behind their TVs, and I'm in an apartment so it's not like I can have another one installed. I wasn't too interested in using the heating element so it's not a *huge* deal, but still frustrating.2. The open shelf space is narrow in front of the center support piece. For example, I wanted to place a soundbar there which has HDMI inputs centered on the back. I can't center the soundbar on the shelf, because there isn't enough room for the soundbar and the HDMI cables in front of the support piece.Overall, I wish I could give this product 4.5 stars because of the fireplace nonsense, but am bumping up to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service.

This is overall a great purchase for the price. It comes in ~23 pieces and a bunch of fasteners. All pieces were labeled clearly. It took me around 2 hours to assemble by myself and wasn't difficult whatsoever. The instructions provided are by far the BEST instructions I've gotten with an Amazon purchase. They even provide steps for how to adjust the hinges for the doors. One of the pieces that fastens the back panels to the TV stand was broken out of the bag, but spares were provided. Several other spare fasteners were also provided. My only "complaint" is there were two screw holes that were pre-drilled a little too big so the provided hardware wouldn't fasten the pieces together. As others have said, the fireplace can be a little challenging to install by yourself, but definitely not impossible. The screws provided are pretty short, you're fastening then in ~2" of space, and because you're reaching around the fireplace it is dark and a little tough to get the screws started. The locations for the fireplace screws were not pre-drilled either. The fireplace provides a good amount of heat for its size (I got the 23" version). The shelf in the middle is a little narrow so it limits you quite a bit one what you can put on it (receivers, sound bars, etc.).

Very nice cabinet. Great heater. Just what we were looking for but no where in the items description did it warn you that you must have a dedicated outlet for the fireplace heater. Who has two outlets behind a TV stand. Can't even use a surge protector and the fireplace heater in one outlet. Had to get an electrician to install another outlet!

We are quite happy with this purchase. For the price, it appears to be really nice quality and sturdy. Assembly was relatively easy. It did take my husband and I a couple of hours to assemble but we didn't run into any stupid issues like missing parts or holes not aligning properly. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The "fire" gives off a decent amount of heat, more than we expected. We have this in our basement and we live in MA so it can get pretty chilly down there in the winter, but we've barely had to turn the heat on this winter, we just turn this on and it does heat the room.

this was a great value for the winner. We have a drafty front door and this took care of that issue. It’s easy to put together. It’s sturdy and it looks fabulous in my living room. The instructions were easy to read. Very few issues putting it together they give you extra screws to make sure you have them if you lose one.
