Healthy surface
I am throwing away (or giving) all of my other muffin pans. I have aluminum pans and non stick pans. I have never felt good about using them for health reasons. Now I have pans that I feel good about using and do not need to use the liners. They are very sturdy… I believe they hold up well and be pans that I can pass down to a grandchild. I will be purchasing these as “stocking stuffer” gifts for my daughter and daughter in law this Christmas.

Muffins and cupcakes cook evenly and come out easily (I grease with avocado oil - it's the best)! Cleanup is also effortless. Almost as no-stick as no-stick products. Excellent!
