Amazon suggested size Large for me. I'm usually a Medium 8-10. 5'5" and about 147, with a straight frame. The size large is roomy. However, no big deal. If I want to make it warmer, I can wear a fleece hoodie or even my thin puffer underneath and there would be room for layers. If not, it is nice and lightweight for warmer weather, and fits loosely but not too big that it won't work, so I like that flexibility. I like the zip openings under the arms. It does make a "crinkle" noise, but it doesn't bother me. It is not that noticeable or bothersome. The hood is great. Covers my head, and I could or could not wear a hat under. Basically, bought it for a fall Europe trip and super pleased. Good quality and does everything I wanted a rain jacket to do. Great!! I'm happy.

Kept the bugs off and hiked in pouring rain several times. Fit great. I will upgrade to 5 stars if it proves to be durable. I like how it folds into the left pocket. Features on the REI version are a little nicer.

I purchased this rainwear for a trip to Alaska and could not have been happier! Although I did not experience heavy downpours while wearing it, this jacket performed perfectly for our drizzly hikes and kayak trip on the water. It kept me completely dry. My travel-mates had no trouble locating me in a crowd with the gorgeous color I chose. The option to open the underarm zippers was also great for a muggy hike. I have never posted a review before this, but I am so happy with this raingear I would purchase again.

I’ve worn this jacket through choppy boat rides, rain and storms. Today when my toddler peed while I was carrying him, my shirt underneath stayed dry. It even stayed dry when I hosed myself off afterwards. For the adventurous parent, this jacket is great for it all.

I'm normally an xs (105lbs, 5'2") and was hesitant on getting an xs because I wanted to wear a puffer layer underneath. I had no issues with fitting the puffer and this shell on top. It didn't feel tight and was still flattering.

It's difficult to find a decent packable rain jacket which is actually waterproof, and this one is ideal.I wanted one for summer months and needed one which would be breathable for hiking. It is very light and perfect for just providing cover rather than warmth.It appears to be totally waterproof, even under heavy rain.It folds inside its own pocket, so is easy to store.A good purchase, but I'm not sure I would pay full price.

Waterproof but not warm. I use it mostly as a 3rd layer when hiking in winter (you’d need a hot 2nd one tho).

Ich wollte eine Übergangsjacke für Frühling/Sommer/Herbst, welche Wasser- sowie winddicht ist.- Wasser- und WinddichtigkeitIch konnte die Jacke bei starkem Regen und Wind testen. Sie hält was sie verspricht! Ich spürte keinen Wind und trocken bleibt man auch. Super! Sie erfüllt dahin gehend völlig ihren Zweck.- Passform & deren NutzungIch habe Größe S bestellt. Ich bin von schmaler Statur und ca. 166cm groß. Die Jacke sitzt sehr angenehm, nicht eng aber hat einen weiblichen Schnitt! Unter die Jacke passt noch eine Fleecejacke, wenn es mal kälter wird. Die Ärmelweite, die Bundweite unten sowie die Kapuze lassen sich in ihrer Größe verstellen. Die Kapuze lässt sich quasi komplett zuziehen und man kann den Kragen mittels Klettverschluss bis sogar über den Mund ziehen, sodass der Kopf komplett geschützt ist.Weiterhin ist die Jacke super leicht und lässt sich sehr klein verstauen.- MinuspunkteErstmalig wurde mir bewusst, dass bei Jacken der Reißverschluss in 85% der Fälle links angebracht ist. Bei dieser Jacke ist dies leider nicht der Fall, denn er ist rechts. Ich hatte Probleme die Jacke zu schließen und zu öffnen, es harkte und ich dachte zunächst, er wäre defekt. Aber nein, man ist es bloß nicht gewohnt, den Reißverschluss rechts zu fassen und man muss sich erst daran gewöhnen. Selbst nach 2 Wochen habe ich noch Probleme, weil es einfach Automatismus ist. Wenn ich aber daran denke, funktioniert es ganz normal.Weiterhin raschelt die Jacke schon etwas, allerdings scheint dies bei den leichten Regenjacken normal zu sein, da ich 3 unterschiedliche Modelle von 3 unterschiedlichen Marken zur Probe bestellt hatte.Ich kann diese Jacke wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!

The jacket kept me nice and dry in heavy rain. the underarm zippers might come in handy during a warmer day or when it isn't raining. I thought it might be heavier but it seems to do the job and it is nice and flexible.
