This Saffron is my favorite and what a great price. It's such a value. I've noticed a decrease in my appetite (which is a pro) and can't think of any cons. All round a great product/deal.

Great product, easy to swallow capsules. Definitely helps with energy and appetite suppression. I love that it's all natural. Overall, it's a great addition to one's weight loss regimen.

The pills helped with my sugar cravings which have been out of control for the past few months. I found that I wasn't snacking as much as either--definitely a big plus. I'm hoping that will continue.The pills were reasonably priced and easy to take. The only negative was the taste, which reminded me of stale nuts. It wasn't a deal breaker, but the musty taste wasn't enjoyable. Overall, though, I'll keep taking the saffron extract just to keep my cravings manageable.

Easy to swallow which is always a plus. Doesn’t taste like anything. Haven’t seen any results and have been taking for over a month now.

I was impressed with how full the bottle is. Most bottles of pills have a lot of space at the top and you feel a bit like you are being short-changed. I haven't started taking them yet - I plan on using them with my new year's resolution. I like that they don't seem to have an odor as a lot of supplements seem to. I wish appetite suppressants were easier to take in general, since they tell you to take them awhile before you eat and honestly, I'm just not that organized usually. I gave it 5 stars because they seem like they'll be easy to swallow. I'll update as needed.

Does not work. No decrease in appetite or sugar cravings or increase in energy. In fact I feel even more inclined to have sugar.

I had been taking another brand and wasn’t sure it was making a difference. Just the first 3 days of this brand and wow! I stopped drinking coffee. These made me feel more energetic and focused. Also curbed my appetite.
