nu steelTimeless Soap/Lotion Pump

I use the item for hand soap.It looks very nice but the plunger is cheap and doesn’t fit on the base of the product as it should.It remains slightly loose.However it does work so far.

I purchased the entire Nu steel set for my remodeled bathroom. This piece is defective. It has rust along the felt bottom and it seems to be oozing rust around the pump! So disappointed as all the other pieces are lovely. I just started using it 2 weeks ago so I can’t even return it. Buyer beware on this item!

I ordered this soap dispenser on July of 16 and some another staff to match in my bathroom. Everything was beautiful and shiny. Now is October 3th and soap dispenser getting rusty. I'm not happy with that. Who knows maybe soon another ones will get rusty also. For what I paid should be a longer. I thought stainless steel is for a long time . I think I should get a new one . Just feel sorry for Amazon getting complaints. But this complain is for the place where they make products like that. So I'm worning everyone and definitely not recommend this place to buy.

Matches our 1920's bathroom like a charm...

I ordered this item (nu steel Timeless Soap/Lotion Pump). The wrong one was shipped (nu steel Soap/Lotion Pump, Ivory Ceramic/Oil Rubbed Bronze Trim). Plus, it was poorly packed and was chipped. I contacted Amazon. They promised to replace it with the correct one and put it in as a rush order. When the second one came, it was packed better but was STILL the wrong one - the Ceramic/Oil Rubbed Bronze one. I contacted Amazon again. They promised to refund my money and give me a $10 gift certificate. They also promised to pull this item until they got the mess straightened out. None of their promises have been fulfilled. I am very disappointed in Amazon. They should do better than this.

I should have read the other reviews! It really says something when every review is negative. It doesn't matter that there were only two reviews and I'm now the third. Usually, I'm more careful in my research. I recently moved to a new home a few months ago and bought this lotion pump back in Feb. I finally got around to unpacking it and putting it out, only to find that it doesn't work at all. The pump isn't sucking the lotion through it, and I'm so upset because I don't even get the option to return it or have my money refunded.

The product looks great, but it does not perform its function of delivering liquid without leaking out of the top. The leaking is voluminous and constant during the pumping process. Any attempts at sealing the leak with plumbers silicone tape does not help. I would not recommend this product to anyone and I am hoping to get my money back!
