10psi in the bags (with the truck empty) and now the 43 foot 5th wheel sits level. It shows 30psi with the camper on it. Probably 2k pounds pin weight. Have kept it the same for pulling our 24 foot cargo trailer as well and it was fine. Little bouncy when empty tho.

Installation was not difficult, in fact the most difficult portion was removing the tires from the 3500HD Dually. The mounting hardware was well thought out and all the parts and pieces necessary are included to complete the installation. These went on a 08 Chevy 3500HD Dually and bolt directly to the frame using the bolt holes that the bump stop uses (Bump stop is discarded). There is no issue with goosneck or under-bed 5th wheel rails like some other models. The trucks bump-stops were due for replacement so these air bags are a great upgrade. I can be overly picky on the little details and one such area of the instructions that could be improved is the wording for which direction the elbow on the air bag faces and which bolt holes on the air bag to use for the frame adapter. I found it easier to just set the unit in place, and look at the alignment, it became obvious which holes to use in order to keep the bag inline with the axle. Take your time to align the bags once loosely installed and use care routing and securing the air lines to avoid chaffing areas. I opted to mount the air valves near fuel cap rather than by the licence plate. Very easy to adjust pressure. Test drive proved that even with an empty truck, pressure set to 25psi the rear suspension is not as rough. (Note: this truck also has the Sulastic Shackle on the rear leaf springs). These air bags are a great improvement and makes the truck more resistant to side to side sway, and bumps. This truck now rides, empty and loaded with the 5th wheel, like trucks should ride.

Like everything about this setup except the air fittings that came with it that tighten into the top of the bags would not seal up tried adding more Teflon nope still didn't work, ended up using fittings from another bag set and fixed it. Other than that issue they are great!!!

Works great, should've bought and installed years ago. Truck rides a little ruff compared to stock but that was expected.
