I like the tea very much --smooth, gentle, "hearby", with many good elements in the bag. I can't say that I have lost weight by drinking this tea since I had it only 4 times, and as a normal weight person. Tip: drink it in the morning or after lunch if caffeine can keep you awake. 4 stars instead of 5 because I would like the teabag string s little longer.

As I continue using this and detox tea once a day, What I am finding is that I am not having symptoms of Bloating/Gas which as I have grown older has been a issue. I am being told by co-workers that I am looking thinner, and my jeans are loser...maybe to loose...anybody got a belt? As time progresses I am sure that this 3 star will turn into 5 stars!

I actually mixed this tea with the Detox tea and its tastes really good. Not sure if it will help me lose weight since this is the first day I am trying it. Either way I gave up coffee and this is the perfect alternative.

It's not working at all. I've been on this for a week today and no weight loss. I drink 8 16 oz. Bottles of water a day and on a diet plan plus walk 5 miles a day at work and this stuff has not worked. Not happy at all with this.

I absolutely love the tea! It has a very mellow and pleasant flavor. My digestive system has been giving my problems, as of late, but since drinking the tea my symptoms have lessened. I cannot yet vouch for the weight loss aspect, but for its flavor and the relief alone it has provided for my stomach, it is something I will continue to buy.

Love the taste of this, enjoy the pickup i get from the tea in the morning, i didn't see any weight loss or reduction in appetite from it though.
