I recently went on a one-month surf adventure in Costa Rica and this bag performed excellently from the flight down, to all of the beaches we frequented.Seems to be very durable in my observation and experience. The zipper pocket was convenient for holding surf wax, leash, etc.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great surf bag for a great price.

This surf board bag has a near 5 star rating for a reason. The price is far less than the big name brands, it is available on Amazon Prime, it has great features, sturdy construction, and looks great. The quality of the stitching, edging, zippers, fabric and other materials is much better than I have seen in other bags at this price range. The protective padding throughout is good enough for airline travel (of course I always use pipe insulation for extra rail protection in any bag). The nose and tail sections of the bag are reinforced with heavy duty fabric and extra padding. The inside of the bag has a velcro pouch for fins and small items. The outside of the bag has a large, heavy duty zipper pouch that can fit a wetsuit, etc. I have read other reviews that suggest the zipper is short. I disagree. The zipper on the 6.0' bag runs nearly half the length of the bag...more than sufficient. I can't speak for the length of the zippers on the longer board bags. The zippers are heavy duty with nice pull cords on them. There is also a unique padded zipper flap that protects your board rails from the zipper. The handle is sturdy cordura style fabric with fabric covered padding. The shoulder strap is durable, adjustable, removable and has good padding. The clips that attach the shoulder strap to the bag have a very unique, heavy duty, corrosion proof plastic design. The 6.0' bag has a curved nose end and broad square tail shape to fit a wide variety of board shapes up to 6 feet in length. It has no problem fitting my sub 6.0 boards with fins on, and I think it will fit a 6 foot board with fins on as well, but I don't have a board that length to test it. Once again, the materials and workmanship have a very premium look and feel. The last bag I had that was built this well lasted me 18+ years. I am convinced this board bag will perform well and last a long time. I love it and will definitely buy it again for my other boards.

I purchased a 9'6" bag for a 9'4" longboard. There is tons of room and clearly would fit a wide 9'6" with ease. The width is also generous and can be used to add pool noodles if you plan to use it for travel, which I believe it could do with some extra padding being added - there's lots of room to try.For day-bag use this is fantastic. Good materials and good zippers should last. Great price for a good bag.

Well spent money, quality bag to protect your investment. Prefect fit for my Robert August (Endless Summer - great surf movie) 9'-6" long board, zippers work prefect. Pretty of room inside for wet suit. Help keep our oceans clean. The oceans belong to all of us,

I LOVE this bag. I actually got one for my friend's foam Fun board because rats got through his old one and ate his board. Not with this one. Plus it's just all around GOOD QUALITY and the pocket is a nice touch. It's the only bag he's sing ie. I got one for my 7'6" surfboard and I couldn't be happier. It closes with my three fins attached. I'm taking it to Costa Rica - yes I will remove the fins for travel - but I'll also be able to put all my surf crap in there (and the fins) and wetsuits and towels etc. even though it's not like "too big" for the board. It's easy to stuff your board in - I'm 5 ft tall...I probably look ridiculous doing anything with my board (I can't imagine what I look like with my long board, 2 ft longer), but this thing is solid, doesn't blow in the wind, padded well, and the adjustable strap can be adjusted for a child sized person like myself. Look no further, this is the bag to get. Love it.

This is my 2nd OB bag. I was so super impressed with the quality compared to other more popular name brands that I got another and it did not disappoint. The padding and materials feel nice. The zippers are pretty close to the best I've seen. The clips on the straps are solid and not likely to slip clip off unlike other known brand bags. My only negative is maybe the bag is a tad too wide but that's really nit picking.While you may find other bags that are better, they are usually way more expensive. I've yet to see another bag offer this much value and have such high quality. There is no reason to not buy this bag new even compared to used prices. It is worth the money.

The bag is put together well, zippers work good and provides appropriate protection.

Compre el 7'6 para una 7'4 en tamaño bien, pero si creo que es muy delgado vs otros que tengo de otras marcas. No lo usaria para viajes en avion, en coche y diario si...Me lo voy a quedar y veremos en unos meses si mejora las estrellas o empeora.

After the technical issues of my first time ordering the bag, I had to cancel the order and re-order. The bag showed up and it is excellent. Fits my 7.5’ foamie no problem! Nice side pocket for putting stuff in. Lots of room still left inside the bag even with the surf inside. Very happy with the purchase!
