This is worth trying. It seems to have made a bit of difference re calmining down my prostrate and associated discomfort, especially at night. But then this could be a placebo effect. I will continue taking it anyway. No adverse effects and l take it daily alongside multivitamin and cod liver oil tablets.

I've tried other prostate supplements before with mixed results. Since starting with these however, I haven't had to get up during the night at all. Worth every penny to me.UPDATE: I started taking a high strength vitamin D supplement last month and saw the efficacy of the Saw Palmetto reduce considerably, so night visits to the toilet started again. I stopped the vitamin D and within a day or 2 all was good again. So please be aware of what else you may be taking that prevent SP from doing it's job.

Early days but has improved things so far. Has reduced the number of times I need to get up during the night and find control easier during the day.
