Fixed my dryer
Thought the belt was bad turned out that the pulley was actually the problem but I had ordered it as well as the belt and just replaced both runs like a new dryer

What I needed
I have a very old Maytag dryer and it's really hard to figure out what parts for newer versions will still work. I needed this pulley and I needed it very quickly. All I had to go on was the look in the images. It seemed correct. I ordered and received it very quickly! It turned out the version I had had a straight metal arm while this one has a bend in it. Otherwise they are identical. The bend would have changed the alignment with the motor pulley so I couldn't use it that way, but I was able to remove the pulley from this and put it on the original arm, which was still okay. It worked great, but I do wish there was better info available on this item to know what it would fit or what it looked like from different angles. That's the only reason for 4 stars, otherwise I couldn't be happier with the end result.

keeping my dryer going for a while longer
I first only paced the main pulley but it turned out that the main pulley broke becasue this one was stuck, it was a little tricky getting the springs hooked up but that is not from the brand of parts or anyting. dryer is running like new now
