I use these for kickboxing and they are so perfect . They have grips so you're not sliding on the mat but you feel more sanitary. I can kick some butt but I'm still a lady lol. My instructors even asked where I got these from. Definitely would recommend this, and plan on buying some more pairs.

The holes for the big toe is too small. Actually, all five holes are the same size. Also the material is very thin and breaks easily.

The item itself it's not really a good quality . I used it today for the first time during my kickboxing class , most of all the little white stuff at the bottom came off .
