I had to buy this backpack for my daughter to use at her new school due to the clear bags policy. It was great it lasted the entire school year and I didnt have to worry about what she was trying to sneak to school lol. I can see those extra fruit snacks!!!

I work in a clean room environment with very specific standards for what is approved to bring in. I carry tools, notebooks, breathing air masks, etc with me daily. So far, this seems like a durable option for my work needs. The material seems to be thicker than what is available to purchase through work. If this lasts me even a year then it will have more than paid for itself. So far so good.

I've had this backpack for a year and I've been keeping progress on the wear and tear, and so far, i think this back pack can only take a year of use.For the first couple of months this backpack didn't have any problems, but towards the end of the year it developed lots of rips and holes despite having not much in it.But i still think the backpack is alright for its price range, so its perfect if you just need a temporary backpack for a school year or something.

Yahoo just received my K-Cliffs Backpack and I must say "Excited". This product is great received the product 1) durable 2) zippers work 3) great texture 4) straps adjust perfectly 5) inserted to tablets and a laptop all three childerns handheld leapfrog and 3 nintendo ds also my wallet and travels first aid kit and 2 cameras. See this are the common I items I travel with for my 3 children on road trips, shopping or visits to the zoo. The K-Cliffs PVC Backpack is exactly what I needed for my family travels.... Yes and backpack could do the same job so lets be honest as consumers. The true reason I purchased the K-Cliffs Clear Backpack for the weekend trips/school needs or work options. This backpack will make memories with my entire family for our 9 day vacation to Walt Disney World yeah we are going to Disney for a week and what better way to avoid the bag search than being prepared with K-Cliffs Clear Transparent Backpack. I understand the security issue when visiting an amusement park especially WDW so why not give them a break in the hassle of checking bags. Purchase a K-Cliffs Transparent Backpack and start your day of care free. BTW 3 of my children have food allergies therefore I must keep Epi-pens available and accessible and these large side pockets make it visible to security. Stressless and Enjoy the day so I recommend that if you are a traveler with ninjas like me or for business and security checks purchase a K-Cliffs Clear Backpack and if you dont enjoy the bag bless someone else with it. I highly recommend this backpack for moderate use.I am ordering my 4th clear backpack of this model. I use it 5 days a week to carry my iPad, paperwork and other essentials to work everyday. It is generally 1/2 full of papers and folders each day. It is comfortable to carry and has large volume for a school size backpack. Highly, highly recommend if this is your useTo address the critics that it is not durable, yes, if you carry it full if textbooks each day, it it will not last as long as a fabric pack. It is not as good quality as Osprey, Gregory, Columbia or Patagonia. If you want something that is dang near Indestructible, then spend $100 on one of those brands.If you need to carry 20lb or less on a daily basis, then this is outstanding for the price

I work in a warehouse that requires inspections of backpacks, purses, whatever on the way out. The security people love the fact that they do not have to open mine up and rummage through it as they do many other people. I have had my current one about 9 months and yes, it has finally ripped along a seam. I think 9 months was a great run as I load a variety of heavy stuff in it and it gets a lot of abuse. I have had much more expensive "regular" backpacks tear and the like much sooner than this one did.We just need to accept that this is a type of PLASTIC. If you keep it in a cold car it gets stiff and will crack if flexed too much while cold. It will also tear at the seams if over loaded - but my cloth/nylon backpack did too.I have never had a zipper problem with this as so many others have stated. Of course I am an adult and probably take more care than a young person does.I also did not expect this to last a lifetime - or even a year as many folks do - guess I just have lower expectations for plastic items...

I bought this back pack for my son. His school requires the see through back packs and over time they usually get holes in them and I would usually have to buy about three a year. My son has been in school since August and here it is almost Christmas break and this back pack is still in very good shape. Being that he is only ten, he is pretty rough on things, but this back pack has been nothing but sturdy. I almost did not make the purchase, thinking there is no way I should pay that much for plastic, thinking it won't last, but I was wrong. I have no doubt this bag will last him into the next school year. I was also worried about the size, and whether or not it will hold his large sized binders, books and supplies. Well, turns out this back pack is quite large and holds everything with ease. I recommend this back pack to anyone for school or if they just like this style. It is definitely worth the money.

This looks cheap and is not holding up well at all. I wouldn’t make this purchase again or recommend it to anyone.

I bought it because it has two zip panel pockets on the sides.However the plastic can split at the base like my first one which lasted only two months. My suggestion would be to have a thicker base or a support piece in place.
