3 bands in kit varying in resistance. Safety clip gives assurance that band won’t fling off . Having tried them a few weeks now I can certainly feel a difference.

These are amazing? I really like the idea that you put them on and then fasten from the front, for bigger legged women these are great for getting on. Really strong and sturdy design.
