This is an ASH TRAY, not a planter. There's even a spot to rest your cigarette. NO drainage hole, with the container's shape making it a challenge not worth facing to drill a hole in the bottom. It is too small to fit even a tiny 2" nursery pot in it. Anything planted directly into the "pot" won't live long with the lack of drainage holes, no matter how carefully you water.

I don’t have a plant in it yet so I think it’ll look better once I do. But I’m disappointed in the one I received. I read all the reviews and looked at all the photos and I absolutely loved the look of this! I thought it was unique and I didn’t care that it was technically an ashtray. I was so excited to receive it today but mine does not look like the other reviewer’s in their photos. The teeth on mine are slanted and look ridiculous! I think they detract from how cute this “planter” was going to be. I wish the seller had done a better quality control check to only ship ones that looked good.

Really well-made and very-nicely painted. Everybody comments on this planter which I placed in the bathroom on a shelf with my shaving paraphernalia. I chuckle every time I look at it. I shouldn’t be raving about this item. That way I can be the only guy on the block with one!

I really wanted to love this thing, but what arrived looks a little deformed compared to pics other customers have shared. The teeth are short and curved, and the lip is misshapen on the right side. Looks like a previous reviewer had a similar issue with consistency in quality. Sending this back, ordering another one, and will update my review.UPDATE: I've now ordered THREE of these things, all in the same color (red), and not one of them is consistent with the product images or with the items that other lucky reviewers have received. The second one that came was a very different color (pictured in image 2 side-by-side with the first), and the third one that arrived is also a different color red, and looks like the painter missed the entire inner left side of the lip (picture 3) and again over-painted on the right side near the teeth. I'll be keeping the second one I received and returning the first and third simply because I really love it and I'm tired of ordering them, but BUYER BEWARE: there's zero consistency, and you can't be sure what you're gonna get when you order.

EXACTLY AS PICTURED AND I LOVE IT.... IF I REALLY WANTED TO BE A BEAT I WOULD SAY IT'S A BIT SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED BUT I LOOKED AT THE AD PICS AGAIN AND IT WAS MY PERCEPTION THAT WAS OFF.... MAKE A BIGGER ONE AND I WILL BUY IT! 💚
