You sent the wrong food
You sent the Purina Perle instead of Gourmet a la Carte. Fortunately the cal will eat it.My housekeeper opened the box before I noticed. I would not have been able to return it in any case, as I am disabled and couldn't lift it. I have tried your complaints department before, and it is so complicated I decided not to bother.
