So so very disappointing UPDATE: works for us, please bring it back
I got two of these last week. And I think both were FACTORY REJECTS!!! Oh my days.I couldn't get the tops to the sippy spout open how much less my 3 year olds.I am so weak, I have tossed them aside for now because it's sooo disappointing. I did a lot of research to land at This bottle. Wanted a stainless steel that wasn't a sippy cup. This looked like the best deal so far. And mine are horrid.Update:Still yet to use this. But I decided to bring them out and try the second cover. However I am wondering? What do I do with the hanging part with the spout cover when my kids are supposedly using the screw on???Update:I came back to buy two more of this last year. I found my way around by attachiang something like a rope to keep the hanging part with the screw cover.I take my 1 star back.

Not for toddlers
Now I see that the company states this is for ages 5+. I agree, although the capacity might be a little small for kids 5 and up? I was misled by some of the reviewers who reported they love this water bottle for their toddlers.I was looking for a stainless steel water bottle for my 3.5-year-old that he can open himself. He has excellent fine and gross motor skills, but he was unable to open either cap. (And WOW, the top cover that goes over the sippy spout is incredibly tight, adults couldn't get it off either.) I don't care for the cheapo plastic cap. I prefer the Kid Kanteen silicone sport cap for tops of this sort. Creative Upgrade's screw-on cap seems less cheap, but my kid couldn't open that one either. So this cup is useless to me. I contacted Creative Upgrade indicating I wanted to return the water bottle. They responded quickly, asked for feedback, and promptly issued a full refund. Excellent customer service.I also bought the Pura Sport 18 oz with Silicone Sport Flip Cap and not only is the quality much better with larger capacity, but my kid can open and close it himself! Woo hoo!

Almost the perfect bottle!
I bought this water bottle for my 2 year old for school since he lost his Thermos funtainer bottle and I also did a lot of research based on ease of cleaning. This is definitely the perfect bottle I was looking for. It doesn't come with a straw or any rubbery plastic pieces so cleaning is a breeze. Although cleaning is a breeze, it's hard for my 2 year old to open the cap and it leaks a little bit. You have to make sure the spout is pushed down all the way or else it will leak. The customer service for this company is amazing. They even contacted me if there are any damages/issues with the bottle and I mentioned the leak and they gave me a code to purchase another one if I wanted to. Overall, a very easy to clean bottle just needs to make sure the spout is closed all the way or it will leak. Perfect size for toddlers! Also, I wished it comes with a sleeve because it sweats when the water is cold.

The bottle is great. My two-year old loved this as a "big kid" alternative to a sippy cup. We bought a kidzikoo coozie for it, which keeps it from sweating and helps keep water nice and cold. We regularly clean them in the dishwasher, and have no complaints on that front. My only complaint is about the caps. I bought two of these and one was much harder to open the nozzle top than the other one. The caps for the nozzle tops also don't fit very well, but we just got rid of them. Overall though, I think these bottles were a good buy.

leaks but durable bottle
it works considering that it is very durable material it selfe, the cup is leaking,the seller even send me replacement second bottle( very tespectable seller) but even second one was leaking and on both bottles we used secondary cups

Be wary if you're getting this for spout. Very difficult to get top off.
Good points - love the size, perfect for lunch box or to keep in your purse. The non-spout top is leak proof. Wider mouth - love it.Horrible point - the cover for spout is near impossible to get off. Even my husband has a hard time. Unusable. If company would send us a replacement I'd happily change my review. But as of now, don't want to go through time and hassle to return a $10 item so keeping it. But 2 stars for defective spout top, which we were really wanting in a lunch bottle.

Perfect water cups!
After a long search for a good stainless steel or glass water cup for kids, I went with these! I am so tired of buying plastic cups and finding black mold in them after a couple of weeks. I think these are the perfect size for my 4 year olds! The top may be a little hard for them to open but I prefer that so they don't make a mess with water when I'm not looking. Another reviewer on these recommended the kidzikoo and I highly recommend them as well to protect the cup and cold little hands!

Interchangeable caps? Are you sure?
The bottle came with the sipping cap already on and when I tried to open it (not the whole bottle) part of the sip cap came off. It was impossible to open the sip cap without taking the upper part completely off. I cut the cap cover (the one that circles around the bottle) open to make sure it wasn't supposed to be like that and lo and behold, it isn't. The product is bad and the cap stuck to its cover, rendering that cap completely useless. So if you're gonna buy this with that cap in mind, think again.And they didn't include their bottle cover guide. Which I don't care for anyway but if you advertise something, back it up and do it. Now I feel especially cheated with their bad cap and lack of guide.
