Q: Is this a quick drying material?

I would say not especially quick to dry. Slightly quicker than a heavy cotton pair but not like synthetic. They are however the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever had!

Q: Do these underwear have vpl? Can you wear them under leggings without them showing?

I think they might show a bit. They are soft and there aren't any thick seams but leggings might be a step too far. You would certainly not see them under jeans or joggers.
