Valedo will help reduce your low back pain.
This is an awesome product. I've been using this device for my low back pain/discomfort for 5 months and my lower back pain has been reduced; my low back mobility has increased and I have more range of motion for my entire spine. It's a fun product to use because you use a gaming format using physical therapy exercises. I highly recommend this product for golfers who have low back or spine stiffness. My swing range of motion has improved and I've been able to walk carrying my clubs and with low back pain; and I've been able to add distance to my shots because my spine is not as stiff. 5 big stars for this product.
