A lot better than what I was expecting. Deep bowl for a long smoke and if you pace yourself, the pear wood doesn't get too hot. The only reason I gave it four stars is if you let it go out, the deep bowl makes it a bit of a challenge to relight. Other than that the craftsmanship and the quality is extremely well done, one of the best looking pipes I've ever owned!

Thisis awesome. Very long and looks great. The pipe store, in the mall, did not have anything that looked this good and they were twice as much for 1/2 the quality. I am new to pipe smoking but this one burt all the way till the end. I am ordering another one to keep when this one gets old. I am already in love with it. The only negative is that it did not come in a box but I throw them away anyway!!!

I love this pipe, I really do, but after less that 6 smokes the bottom connection from the center piece started to melt and will no longer hold tight to the bowl portion of the pipe.

Husband opened and used his gift today. Noticed it had a leak somewhere and found this crack in the leather clad piece.

It's obvious that it's somewhat mass produced but its a nice pipe, holding up well and smokes pretty good, just be careful if you take it apart. Only issue I have with it is the bowl is super deep and the mouth piece clogs easily

Was huge,the size of my arm,was bought as a gift for my dad,he loves it,but the size he refers to it as his peace pipe,it has great detail,the bowl is the depth of my pinky finger and the width of my thumb if not larger.he lives it never the less.well worth the money.

Kind of expected this to look and feel cheap when I got it in my hand, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the leather felt like leather! Fantastic product, buying one for my brother for his birthday shortly.
