ADT Commercial Ice Maker Stainless Steel Industrial Modular ETL Approved Professional Refrigeration Equipment (370LBS)

I am the fool who bought two of these units. $4000 down the drain. They don't work, can't get parts, local service providers won't work on them, and the company is full of excuses and delay tactics. Amazon cannot help after the return period. So, unfortunately, my issues started after the 45-day return window. Amazon should boot this company from the platform. 37% of reviews are 1 star. If I could rate them lower I would. I am opening a dispute with AMX... a company that stands by its customers. Buyer beware.

I had no issues with this machine. When I needed to reach out to customer service they were extremely helpful! This saved me a ton of money to purchase rather than rent.

worked for 6 mos, i only used it maybe 10 times then stopped working. called a serviceman. the board was bad contacted company. They said multiple times they were going to send me replacement parts. They never did. finally they just stopped replying to me. Remember when you buy junk from china and it breaks you cant ever get parts. This will break I promise you and then you will be left with a 2400 dollar piece of junk like I am. I am going to buy a reputable brand that can be fixed, if you are smart go away from amazon and buy a legitimate ice make, yes you will pay more, but at least it will work and if it does break you will be able to get it fixed. 2400 dollar mistake I made, don't make the same mistake...

Bought this unit new in July 2021. Did not make much ice but we thought that was due to summer heat. Unit failed after 45 days (outside the return window). After several attempts at finding the problem and emails, the company (ADT) sent a replacement unit without charge. The replacement unit was dead on arrival. They suggested hiring a local repair company and they would cover the costs. We did. There was no refrigerant in either unit. To their credit, this company (ADT) showed very good communications and was responsive to all emails. They were genuinely interested in getting the problem resolved. When all attempts at fixing the problem failed, they refunded our purchase price. They even had their repair foreman call by phone twice from China after they had refunded our money to see if there was anything else they could do. I have to assume we just got 2 defective units from their warehouse or that the units we received may have been stored in undesirable storage conditions for longer than usual causing the coolant leak. That could be the result of the importing/ship unloading setbacks we are experiencing nationally.. But I was more than pleasantly surprised at their excellent customer service. I have elevated their rating to 4 stars for their service.

Bought the product it worked 6 months and the relay on the board that controls the compressor went out. No one carries there parts the company cant be contacted for replacement parts or even for technical questions. I sent them an email and no one cares to respond. Cheap parts dont last and no customer support. Dont recommend anyone to waste there time with this product.

This ice maker was installed and is defective. It does not make ice. The plumber cannot fix the ice maker. I can’t get in touch with a live person to resolve the issue. I would give this product zero stars but my review wouldn’t submit. HELP!

I am satisfied and will purchase the 2nd one soon

Purchased in June, Installed in July, made ice for two weeks and now doesn’t work at all! Can’t reach anyone to answer a single question about it!
