I am disabled and take medication that causes lethargy. I have never been a morning person but the medication means that my mornings were dragging on into afternoon before I felt able to get on with daily tasks.I started taking them in the morning and noticed that although it still dragged by the afternoon I was super perky and able to get more done. Perhaps I have a slow metabolism. Anyway, I then behan taking them (along with omega 3 oils capsules) just before going to bed and the result was remarkable. I awake early and full of beans. Now every day I have all my "daily tasks" done before 10am and can now spend more time doing arts and crafts, cooking new recipes and even the occasional afternoon walk.This stuff is wonderful!!!

Amazing supplement. I use it daily as my work is quite physical and find I’m no longer tired half way through the day.I also play football on Saturdays and I have lots of energy. Oh, and I’m nearly 50 and was very inactive. Peak spirits has brought new life into me!

Very comprehensive range of nutrients which support and enhance energy requirements. I have only been taking them for a week but am already finding that they are helping with energy levels.Beautiful outer packaging, tablets are blister packed which ensures freshness and hygiene.

At first I thought they weren't having any effect. But stuck with them and so pleased I did. I'm definitely feeling more energised and motivated. (Not bouncing off the wall, but not as fatigued) I highly recommend these. But give it two weeks or so

Packaging is beaut! Absolutely adore it! Mixed reviews… only a tenner. Thought I’d give them a go in the hope it gave me a much needed energy boost. 2 weeks in and absolutely no change! Zero, zilch, nada. Other than turning what is normally clear (I like to stay over hydrated) urine into neon yellow! Apparently this can be normal after taking a supplement (though I’ve never experienced it in my life til now!)- it’s just the excess B vitamins being excreted and is nothing to worry about. Still not a fan of it. These definitely aren’t for me but I’m glad they’ve been a magic fix for others

These vitamins looks very professional but on further investigation the vitamins use are synthetic rather than natural (this is sadly the case with many multivitamin products)The packaging is completely over the top and really not necessary in the current climate for ‘eco friendly’ and ‘no wastage’.Also the customer service for Peak Spirit is poor, I contacted them with a question and didn’t even get a response.I won’t be buying again.
