I consider myself a paint pen snob
I love these pens! They're amazing! Ive had an obsession with paint pens for a few years now, and using them is my favorite way to zone out and unwind. I was a little reluctant to get some new ones online as I'm very particular when it comes to my paint pens. The price kinda made me suspicious because I'm used to getting from hobby stores that often only come 1 at a time or in a 5 pack. I would easily spend what I paid for these on only half of what I got so I was worried I was sacrificing quality for quantity, but decided to give it a shot and I'm so happy I did. I would have also spent way to much time in the store comparing and judging each one to the next to make sure i was getting exactly what i wanted. I use paint pens for EVERYTHING and I like mine to have a wide material variety and these so far have met my expectations on every surface I've tried them on (so far canvas, wood, ceramic and glass) the colors are vibrant and not watery or transparent which i was most concerned about. The only problem I've had with them is keeping my kids out of them 🤣 I bought these a little over a week ago and recieved them within a few short days. Would recommend and buy again!

Vibrant
The product arrived very quickly. I really like the variety of colors included. I couldn't wait to give it a try so I grabbed a rock and tested them out. The paints are very vibrant which I like, but some of them run a little bit which is why I deducted one star. It's possible that the issue is the porous surface of the rock, but in my test only the green bled a little bit and that spot was the same texture as the rest of the rock. I'm not sure whether it needed more shaking or what, but until I do some more experimenting this is how I will rate them. I feel like if they are intended to be used on rocks then they should dry quick enough to not bleed. Overall though I am pleased with them. They prime more quickly for initial use then another brand I have. I just would like to make a note that the package instructions are a little confusing. It supposed to store them horizontally but I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be vertically. It seems like horizontal would cause them to possibly leak... though maybe keeping the tip wet keeps them from drying out. Unsure. And I was confused by the third step to "wash with your marker" but upon further inspection I think it's supposed to say "write"

Bright, fun colors. Durable paint but wider than 'extra fine point'
I had hoped that these pens would be 'extra fine point' but they are more like the end of a standard Sharpie.I guess that I was mistaken in my search for these. Due to having to press down on the nib to get the ink flowing to the tip, any finer of a nib would probably bend.As they are: they really are excellent quality. The color matches the cap perfectly. The paint, once dry, is very durable. I tried to wash it off an hour after and it didn't budge.Great quality, excellent variety in colors and fast shipping.

Bright crisp color
I got these pens for my 5yr son who likes to paint when his dad air brushes War Machine figures. There seems to be lots of paint in these markers and the colors are bright. Pic is a unicorn wood box my son painted- no primer/directly on the box. To get the color its most vibrant the markers needed to be shook before use. If you look at the picture in the lower part of the rainbow my son started using the dark blue before he shook it and the color was very watery but once shook the color was crisp (higher on the rainbow). I also like how quickly the paint color dries. Other than the initial opening and remembering to shake, my son was able to use then with ease. I'm looking forward to painting rocks together with them too! The only true issue we had with these is the pens started to squirt ink everywherre when open for the first time, but we live at 6k feet altitude so Im not sure if that was the cause or its typical.

A Must-Have for artist toolbox!
I’m writing this review because I want to share the joy! I’m an artist on many levels and have had the luxury of trying many art products and paint-pens are largely disappointing but not this time! These are wonderful paint marker, the paint comes out evenly, is the perfect thickness, paint doesn’t run or glob, the lines are thin and the tip is durable. These markers save so much time when trying to achieve a fine outline, initial details or lettering and the paint blends well plus easy-breezy cleanup! Rather you’re a fine artist or a crafter you won’t be disappointed. Wish I’d have had these years ago they’re now a staple in my art supplies. Thank You Chalkola!

Great variety of colors and very versatile
I'm a big crafter and really enjoy these markers. The color is vibrant and long lasting. The one thing I wish I recognized was the thickness of the tip. Keep in mind they are thick, not fine point, which I missed. Nonetheless, there are a huge variety of colors. I used them on glass, wood, and plastic so far and have still held their color

Amazing. Poscas that are friendly to you bank account.
Now these are absolutely fantastic. The bad reviews must be from a bad batch. I've had very few problems with these pens and produced some great pieces of art with them. I have bothe the 20 and 40 piece pack as you get the full range of shades and extras of core colours. Some pens maybe a bit more watery so require a few coats to strengthen the colour. I use canvases for art so I couldn't give reviews for other materials. But for me they are fantastic.

Add some colour to your life
I was looking for a set of permanent paint markets that would cover a range of materials properly, and not shine through. There are good expensive branded sets that are also expensive and I wasn’t sure I needed to buy those yet for family craft purposes. So I found this well-rated set that had a good quantity of pens, a decent range of colours (even metallic gold and silver is included). And that most importantly, came at half the price of the premium sets I was looking at before. We use them to paint our clay creations, summer rock art, to decorate cups detail on craft modelling ect. And are very pleased with it.The pens are fairly large so they hold well for younger children and should contain a decent amount of paint. They do produce a proper coat of bright colour. Even though the tips can be reversed, the tips are not ultra fine, so this is more for the larger surfaces and not-too detailed decorating jobs. We have other fine tip markers for the detail. The paint dries quite swiftly so with a little care this will not get too messy. Would recommend.

Not very good
I use Posca pens a lot. The price difference convinced me to give these pens a chance. However it makes you understand the reason behind it after the first use. Ink is bright and opaque. Especially metallic colours are very good.Ink coverage is not same between different colours. They don’t have equal amount of ink in the reservoir and last much. Orange is already finished and it is not the most used one. One of the pens is not working at all (ink flow mechanism)Tips were good at the beginning, but damaged quickly (flattened) and won’t hold and transfer ink to the surface properly.I guess these are not for me at all.

Hit and miss. Stick to a brush!!
I really wanted to like these..but I don’t.I love acrylics for their bright colours and relative quick drying. These pens are bright but I’m finding that whilst a few colours seem to flow nicely, others do not. The nibs either don’t soak up the paint or they leak paint out.I can dab little dots of colour but I can’t draw, colour or write effectively with each colour.I’m testing them out with a free design, basically making it up as I go along which is good because the teal leaked a big blob when I was trying to create a more detailed curve and I have had to adjust my work accordingly. Not a problem but it should be a lot more controllable. Now I want to add some yello but it’s not soaking into the non very well at all. UghI can’t even manage to get enough paint out to finish the red circles nicely.

Terrible, run out of paint within 24 hours of use
Terrible pens, I've had these for less than 24 hours a number of them have already 'ran out of ink' even though I can still see paint inside the pens it also exploded all over my paper when I tried to press the tip down. I was really expecting more for this price but feel a bit ripped off honestly 😕
